Rashan is definitely banged up - how badly is anybody's guess. He was on the field but did not participate in any contact drills. He did a little running at beginning of practice was all. The rest of the time he stood on sidelines observing.

All they are doing is walking through their complete pre-game... so far. Jim McElwain is actually sort of thin! Definitely not a shark-humper! JBB looks like he can eat people. Gary is fully dressed and working.

Damn, I'd love for us to be able to run, with play-action to our great TEs as a constraint, and enough down the field stuff to the receivers to punish safeties and corners caught looking in the backfield.... Don't mind me... just dreaming of at least a "pretty good" OL, I guess... someday, right? Maybe today? Maybe???...

He was, but he also wan't OC, he was just OL coach. My theory is Drevno was in over his head as OC in general, and also due to added responsibility he didn't have as much time and/or focus to coach the OL as much as previous stops. That and making things way too complex, which is back to him being in over his head, combined to produce mediocre results. I guess I should throw in him screwing the pooch on tackle recruiting as well.
