Resurrection Day. What past MgoContent would you like to see brought back to life?

With Brian now steadily increasing he's written contributions to the site (yay!) and Alex emerging as a more than capable replacement to Ace (yay!) it got me thinking of weekly site features that are now gone, but not forgotten.  One's that I miss and would love to see brought back to their former glory if time and inclination from the MgoWriting team exists.  My top three are as follows:

This Week In Schadenfreude: Brian

Before there was Opponent Watch, This Week In Schadenfreude existed as the site's funniest weekly feature.  Many have tried to copy, all have failed.   When it came to mocking other team's fan bases insane internet comments Brian had no equal.   This was actually a national article featured on EDSBS (Everyday should be Saturday), a mostly SEC blog that shut down in 2019 but was linked here weekly.

Blogpoll: Brian

These were so much fun.   Brian would post his weekly top 25 with a few comments on the how & why he made the choices he did then had the board crowd-source his poll.  We were able to offer our opinions and collectively we created an MgoTop25 poll weekly.

Best of the Board: Seth

Every Friday morning Seth would post the best Diaries & Board Posts for the week.  For those of us making active comments/thread creation it was always a challenge to see if your pithy comment or especially insightful observation made the cut, so to speak, and was deemed by Seth to be one of the week's best.

My favorite content by mgocontributers was This Week in Schadenfreude by Brian, even though it wasn't on the blog, and pretty much anything written by BISB and PPToilet.

I’m sure it was time consuming but I enjoyed the post with the Q&A for the weekly coaches’ pressers. I really enjoyed them and it kept me from recording Big 10 Network talk and news shows.

After Harbaugh’s first season we had a gif tournament in the off-season. It was like One Frame At A Time but even better because it was a huge vote over the best gifs of the season, bracket style, until we declared one winner as a blog. I really wish we had that every off-season. Was super fun.

I'd like to hear from Jane C. or someone other than a nerdy white guy (I say this as a nerdy white guy myself).

monuMental's season wallpapers and weekly game wallpapers. The Iowa corn cob one will always stick with me for some reason, like those kernel skins that get stuck between your teeth.

Also the msu big brother-little brother wallpaper.

I would love to see more Unverified Voracity. Seems like it's the heir of This Week in Schad... I'm not going to try to spell it. TWIS was before my time started here, but I love the commentary on other commentary.

I do NOT want this resurrected (for obvious reasons) but the 2014 Post-Hoke SEARCHBITZ era was what convinced me to convert from longtime lurker to member/poster.

Give me some guy posting about his uncle working out with DJ Durkin's dad in some Powerhouse gym in Youngstown, OH, or some local sports guy in Phoenix whose best friend is the son of a guy who's golfing buddies with a UM Regent confirming Harbaugh's hire any day

I loved the Blogpoll. It made so much more sense than the polls that were out at the time. Would there be enough different blogs now though? I think most of them have disappeared.

There was a post years ago, (Denard/RichRod era) at the start of the season IIRC or maybe before the OSU game or something that included a video of Michigan highlights set to some indie song I'd never heard before with a female singer.  I can't remember the group or the name of the song but I loved the video.  It started out all sad and stuff, showing clips of bad plays and general ineptitude from the season before then when the song really kicked in (there was an f-bomb I think) the highlights turned to sweet plays that made us hopeful for what was about to come.  Anyone remember that or what the song was?  I've been wondering about that for years.
