Offensive line cohesiveness.

I want to see the pre-game talking heads talking about how USC is better than they look because they came out of the ESS-EEE-CEE and then our defense eats them alive
December 30th, 2017 at 1:54 PM ^
There will be no hugs and there will be no cock eating by our defense lets just humiliate them
December 30th, 2017 at 1:35 PM ^
A win

that we run off Muschamp.

OFFENSE:
Progress on the offensive line, both on runs and passes.
Peters having by far his best performance of the year, with an offensive gameplan that gets the wide recievers much more involved (give DPJ the football!).
Good games from both Higdon and Evans against a decent SEC defensive front.
0 turnovers.
DEFENSE:
Complete domination up front.
Limit the big plays and 3rd down conversions.
2+ turnovers.
Less than 15 points surrendered.
MY PREDICTION:
Michigan: 34
South Carolina: 13
December 30th, 2017 at 1:52 PM ^
I would like to see Michigan win with cruelty.
December 30th, 2017 at 1:57 PM ^
Like McSorley said about our defense after last years game "they arrive to the ball with bad intent" lets have a lot of that

Peters breaks out
Higdon gets his 1000
Evans runs for 100+
DPJ strikes fear to all future CB next year
Gentry states his case for the lead TE for the Mackey Award next year.
Given the above statements, it will be a given what the OLine does
As for Defense, its simple.....
Pain, Destruction, total domination. Leave no doubt that next year, this will be the #1 Defense in CFB
December 30th, 2017 at 2:07 PM ^
And the defense should maintain the status quo.

A win. Definitely do not want to see John O'Korn under any circumstances. Don't get me wrong, great guy, but I don't want him back on the field as our qb

An O-line that puts the "pro" back in "pass pro," and Peters throwing for +200 yards on 15 completions for 20 attempts and three TDs. And a win of course.
That would be an exceptionally good way to begin 2018.

I will be content with any outcome as long as I dont see a michigan lb getting torched on a wheel route or a michigan safety lining up in man on a slot. I understand that brown has his style of defense but you need the right personnel to play that way.

to give VIncent Smith something to hang on his wall next to another photo from a couple of years back.

i want to see a field goal attempt where the ball bounces off the head of a referee and is caught by, I dunno, Karen Higdons, and run in for the game winning TD.
Not too much to ask, I'd say.
Oh, and a vampire.

But it probably will be close and we could be down 20-14 in the 4th. Brandon will lead us back to a game winning TD and win it 21-20. SC will focus on stopping the run and if Brandon gets some time to throw we could win by a larger margin but I think he will be sacked a lot in this game.

Specifically, I mostly want to see our offense put up impressive numbers in passing and rushing. Watching games, you get the feel if an offense is taking control or just barely squeaking out first downs. I do not want to see us barely getting by but want to see that Oline move the Dline off the LOS more often than not, offense not making mental mistakes, executing plays well, and receivers making plays.
I’m not worried about the D. They may have a few breakdowns as SC’s QB is impressive, but my hope for 2018 is going to be seeing some semblance of offensive force.
In 2015, even though Rudock was leaving, the bowl game domination over a tough SEC defense left most UM fans feeling very hopeful for 2016. Outside of an Iowa game, 2016 did not disappoint. We were in every game and played like a top 5 team. 2017 has been disappointing, or at least meh, for most UM fans, so this bowl game will go a long way to getting us excited for 2018 or kind of cautious about any expectations.
