Michigan St starting CB enters portal
It appears MSU still had its deal on the table with the devil from the Dantonio years and he’s coming for a payment. Breaks my heart
Does anyone else think the Taco Bell commercials with Pete Davidson are lame? Not funny at all. Dude is just stealing money. Like Mel.
Realizing
Coach
Mel
Blows
I can’t speak for others. It seems like what Mel is doing in EL deserves recognition - and, both a raise and an extension…
Give Mel more money and a lifetime contract….
Hear...hear!
When a player enters the portal, especially when it's one the team really can't afford to lose, I always see home fans say "Well, yeah, he's in the portal... but he could still come back!". Certainly Michigan fans are not immune from this.
So... has that ever happened? I can't ever recall a big name player entering the portal but eventually returning to his original school. But I'm far from an authority on these things.
Kofi Cockburn did. Was heavily rumored that he was going to Kentucky but ultimately came back to Illinois. This is basketball, but I’m sure someone from football has done it.

I am sure there are more, not really sure about 'big names'. Ben VanSumeren was in the portal after using the portal to go to MSU and he came back to MSU.
What has happened to this one proud franchise? And by proud I mean arrogant. And by franchise I mean prison grounds intramural team.
How many of you are hitting F5 hoping for another one?
Alright something is going on behind the scenes. Is Tucker really that hated? I thought players liked him and thought he was cool. What in the world is going on over there?
Work release portal is just opening up! Cast of the Longest Yard is trending.
He was all smiles and a likable coach the one season he had a winning record. After losing so much Mel has shown his true self and it’s one guys don’t want to play for. Plus, he uses the portal so much the team doesn’t feel like family? which is often said to recruits on visits.
I almost feel bad for em. I want to beat State thoroughly and routinely, but ideally they'd be like Penn State against us.
Good against most teams but not a threat to us.
They can be the equivalent of Concordia College against everybody. I've grown so sick and tired of their "fandom" that they're the one B1G team I root for to go winless every season.
Time for Rich Rod to lead them in a handholding rendition of "Wind beneath my wings"!

Username does check out here
Also has the look of an ass kicker!
Sounds like Coleman could return so I am hoping an SEC team offers him a nice NIL deal. I believe he is from Louisiana. Brian Kelly could finally do something useful.
Based on their secondary last year not sure that isn't a good thing lol - they putrid.

The most optimistic for MSU version of this I think I can see is this being a way to get NIL wallets flowing a little more. Otherwise... wow
Time to usher in the Noah Kim era.
This makes me happy on multiple levels.
You hate to see it happen to such a great program.
When Mel said "Keep Choppin'" no one knew he was talking about the roster.

Mel Tucker's armpit sweat production just increased by 50%.
7L Mel transformed into 9L Mel
He back.
