Ha-ha.  My class got busted for that in sixth grade. No one squealed, the principal just watched us.  We played two hand touch in front of him the first time we saw him, but later got busted.  Had to stay in for recess as punishment.

I'm gonna confess considerable confusion about that meme. And not just because I've skiied in jeans countless times....though mostly ~50 years ago.

On the one hand, it suggests some tourist who hasn't bothered to buy the right gear.

And somebody clueless, who doesn't realize that jeans are not insulated for cold weather, and if you fall will get wet and take forever to dry, making you colder yet.

Or, is it supposed to mean someone who is delusional in thinking that they're so good that they'll never fall, and don't need to worry about cold, wet jeans?

Or is it somebody like me, who has the sense to wear ski pants if it's cold or deep, but on a bluebird day, will happily ski in jeans, sweater and a windbreaker, and who's good enough (and who knows my limits) that I fall about once a decade?

I'm genuinely stumped about what this insult is supposed to mean.

In Day's case, that would be anatomically correct.
