Texas Tech and Oklahoma State is really getting fun. Tech is what Purdue will look like in a few years.

September 30th, 2017 at 11:37 PM ^
Chip Kelly to UCLA
Jim Bob Cooter to Tennessee
Les Miles to Arkansas
Doug Meachum "to" Kansas
Bret Bielema to Louisville (free Papa John's)
Scott Frost to Nebraska
Joe Moorhead to Boston College
Bobby Petrino to Ole Miss
Sonny Cumbie to Arizona
Harold Goodwin to Arizona St. (Michigan alum, current Arizona Cardinals OC)
Rich Rodriguez to UCF
Todd Graham to UTEP
...oh shit! Oklahoma St. missed a 19-yarder and we're still tied up!
September 30th, 2017 at 11:44 PM ^
and depending on what his retirement pkg. might look like...I might at least give Bob Stoops a courtesy call...although I don't think that he would take a job quite yet...alhough...Tennessee and UCLA has recruited well enough that Stoops ight be ale to make a quick turnaround there.
September 30th, 2017 at 11:48 PM ^
Absolutely, but I can't imagine that at all.
I think he's done. But if he comes back...maybe UCLA convinces Brian Kelly to go out west and I could see Bob Stoops at ND. But I give that a 1% chance.

Bob Stoops is sane and is going to enjoy thirty years of being a multi-millionaire.
October 1st, 2017 at 12:54 AM ^
However, if I were an AD at, say, Tennessee or LSU or UCLA or maybe even Nebraska (!) I would still make that call just to double-check before moving on to other candidates...frankly, the only job that I could see Stoops even consider would be Iowa.
September 30th, 2017 at 11:37 PM ^
Georgia looked too good plus ND has beaten marginal to poor teams by double digits plus the USC game is in two weeks...would not be surprised to see ND leapfrog into the Top 15...even if we have no idea how good they really are.

Man a missed 19-yard field goal? College football is crazy.

September 30th, 2017 at 11:40 PM ^
Pretty much. But a lot of time to get better between now and late Decemeber/early January.

OU's defense will let them down.

Alabama has now outscored their last two SEC oppoments 115-3. This is stupid.

The SEC suuuuuuuuucks this year.

Rudolph with his nose so bright,
Just scored a touchdown tonight!
OSU (NTOSU) 41 - TTU 34

Do Bama fans get bored of blowing everyone out? I've always wondered that. Thay pretty much know they're going to be in the playoff every year.
October 1st, 2017 at 12:11 AM ^
October 1st, 2017 at 12:12 AM ^
How is it not fun? This is the 1st or 2nd time for the majority of this team. It's not like it's the same guys over and over and over.
Half these guys ride the bench for 2-3 years and now they finally get to play. Meanwhile, the backups are freshman trying to prove themselves.
October 1st, 2017 at 12:22 AM ^
Because this is what happens every year?
October 1st, 2017 at 12:21 AM ^
I honestly doubt that Saban is that dirty. There are very good reasons beyond bagman money to play there.
October 1st, 2017 at 1:04 AM ^
But when he arrived at Bama, there weren't.

October 1st, 2017 at 12:11 AM ^
No cause this is their 6th string RB running for TDs...so they want to get in.
Meanwhile the D is trying to hold them from getting in the endzone.
They're just that dominant and a lot of it is in the depth.Sometimes their 5 start guys don't pan out as starters...but they're still legit backup guys.
And Ole Miss is laying down like no other. Just call it now.
October 1st, 2017 at 12:18 AM ^
I hope we get to see Michigan in a game like this...
I want to see Peters and Kareem Walker getting a lot of run. Schoenle and Collins outside...Oliver Martin in the slot.
I don't really need to see the freshman OL except Ruiz because I want them to redshirt. But I'd like to see JBB-Spanellis-Ruiz-(walk--on)-Runyan Jr.
On D, Paye-Soloman-Dwumfour-Johnson
Gil-Robo-Glasgow
Thomas and St. Juste
JKP and Woods.

Exactly. Watching Josh Metellus in that game was fun, I thought.

We're going to be so loaded next year. Only real questions are who steps up to be QB...and, yet again, the O-Line (Lots of depth, though).
October 1st, 2017 at 1:15 AM ^
Newsome being able to resume his career and be decent is a huge swing for next year.
October 1st, 2017 at 1:13 AM ^
i think colorado can still pull this win off. ucla's defense blows. they're only down by 1 at the end of the third. drops are killing them
