Jalen Mayfield Tweet ?

I don't know how you managed to make a thread with less content than the tweet it links to, but you did.
September 26th, 2020 at 10:24 PM ^
You took the thought out of my brain that I couldn’t put into words without sounding mean.
September 26th, 2020 at 11:36 PM ^
Dead on
September 27th, 2020 at 10:40 AM ^
By habit of nature, cats usually have few or no words.

Will Michigan ever win another national title? Discuss.
September 26th, 2020 at 11:22 PM ^
Yes, but in which sport next, I am not sure.
September 27th, 2020 at 12:36 AM ^
I mean, they routinely finish in the Top 5 for the Director’s Cup. So they’ll prolly win a bunch more National Championships.
September 26th, 2020 at 9:19 PM ^
I'm drunk, but JFC what's this post about
September 26th, 2020 at 9:49 PM ^
I think it means he has gas pains and needed to take a big poop.
September 26th, 2020 at 10:24 PM ^
Or he just ate 10 Doritos Locos tacos from Taco Bell and he’s warning his roommates....

That purple devil emoji....red and blue makes purple. OSU is red. Michigan is winning The Game this year. You're welcome.
September 26th, 2020 at 9:28 PM ^
This is the first time I've ever seen an emoji in a post title. The end is nigh!
September 26th, 2020 at 10:13 PM ^
the sheriff is what?
September 26th, 2020 at 10:36 PM ^
The sheriff is shot. The deputy is not shot.
September 26th, 2020 at 11:32 PM ^
"I shot the sheriff, but I did not shoot the deputy."
September 26th, 2020 at 10:46 PM ^
If we're talking Blazing Saddles, I'm not touching that one.
September 26th, 2020 at 10:49 PM ^
And if we are talking Blazing Saddles, I watched it a couple of months ago after a million years and boy, was it ahead of its time, and still feels relevant and not at all dated in its social commentary.
September 26th, 2020 at 10:59 PM ^
I apparently didn't marry as well as your husband did. My wife deplores that movie, and those like it.
September 26th, 2020 at 11:10 PM ^
I saw it in the theater with my parents when it came out in 1974, and they laughed their asses off. I was 9 and only understood some of the references, but I got the gist. I thank them for taking me. That and Young Frankenstein, also in the theater when it came out. Classics.
September 27th, 2020 at 11:32 AM ^
You're so lucky. I was starting high school then and I didn't get to see it in the theater.
September 27th, 2020 at 12:42 AM ^
Excuse me while I whip this out...
September 27th, 2020 at 5:36 AM ^
And on top of its brilliance, the film is a gold mine of one-liners. I swear this happened just yesterday:
The MGoGirlfriend was slightly concerned about a tremor she thought she saw in my right hand. (I had been doing some chores around the house, and the muscles in my hand were simply tired, but she worries.) So she made me hold out my right hand, and I did. There was no tremor.
See? I said - steady as a rock. And she grudgingly admitted I was right.
Of course, I then raised my left hand, shook it violently, and replied: "Yeah, but I shoot with this one."
She almost spit out her beer laughing. Thank you, Waco Kid.

I love the scene in the church with all the Johnson's affirming each other. "Howard Johnson is right!"
September 27th, 2020 at 12:34 PM ^
I always loved Olson Johnson's "Now who can argue with that?" after Gabby's unintelligible "bushwackin' hornswogglin" croakercroaker" speech.
Aside: It was only a few years ago that I learned that "Olson Johnson" was a takeoff of Olsen & Johnson, a long-time comedy duo whose careers spanned from vaudeville to the early days of TV. They were most famous for the Broadway hit "Hellzapoppin" in 1938.
Mel Brooks went waaay back for that reference.

September 26th, 2020 at 10:00 PM ^
He's likely reacting to some sort of good news likely involving Michigan football and possibly about Nico or Ambry
September 26th, 2020 at 11:28 PM ^
Do not speak the Twitters nor the Facebook. But I do like calling it "the Facebook.".
September 27th, 2020 at 2:42 PM ^
I like to ask my kids if they've posted anything new on that Snapagram app lately.
You gotta keep them off balance.
September 26th, 2020 at 9:35 PM ^

September 26th, 2020 at 9:39 PM ^
This could literally be about anything. For all we know, this could be about Oklahoma and LSU losing today
September 26th, 2020 at 9:47 PM ^
I think he's referring to the Miami-FSU score.
September 26th, 2020 at 10:40 PM ^
Or that lol
September 26th, 2020 at 9:42 PM ^
This is the kind of hard hitting football content I’ve been waiting for all year.
September 26th, 2020 at 11:55 PM ^
This is the kind of hard hitting comment I scrolled down for, after clicking through the OP link.
September 26th, 2020 at 9:56 PM ^
This is truly an embarrassing thread OP.
Exercise better judgment.
