The odds, in general, favor it being a daughter as more women than men are going to college. I don't know how that breaks down for business school. Now, if they were going to get an electrical engineer degree, then sure, they are a male child.

Something tells me that these will be sold very quickly.  That would be ideal for wealthy season ticket holders that fly in for games.

the cost to build them is 922K, which I took as the entire project, which really isn't too bad. Whoever builds them should just use them as income property and rent them out for Michigan athletics. You could charge a fortune for a football game and graduations. Could also get income for basketball and hockey games.

My buddies and I rented a house a couple of years back, just a few blocks away and paid good money for it. The person who owns the house rents it out for those purposes and told us they make good money every year on it.

It is pretty bad. I am trying to find a redeeming quality, but struggling. Assuming the light gray areas are metal panel and not EIFS, I suppose the material quality is decent; there's plenty of glass. It's basically an 8 car garage with a big box of housing on top.

Of course LOCATION and as long as the interior has trendy finishes, most people won't care.

...and if anyone is going to blame Ann Arbor's relatively permissive zoning code for inhibiting the quality of their designs they should also remember to tell everyone how much better their projects would be if they could be built somewhere without the unfair and capricious influence of gravity.

This is just a lazy design and very likely a developer that was only interested in minimum code compliance/maximizing square footage.

...it’s just for both buildings and football there are other metrics besides sales that matter, and it is frustrating when people blame zoning for mediocre buildings when the actual culprit a developer who is singularly interested in short term ROI. A couple crap buildings here or there don’t matter, but when your entire city is made up of build and run building stock it can mess up entire communities for generations.

I basically have a first floor suite sitting empty. Two BR's and your own bath in the old west side, a mile from the stadium. Been contemplating offering it up for football saturdays for prescreened MGousers.

Do people seriously want Milton to start? The most popular guy on the team is our...4th-string QB? Jaysus. If Milton gets near starting as a raw true freshman, we should be absolutely terrified about the QB coaching and direction of the program.
