2 Nebraska punts to 1 Illinois punt so far . . .

Adrian Martinez is a hand grenade with the pin pulled.  It's only a matter of time until something is going to blow up.

It might be good, it might be bad.  But something is going to explode and somebody's band is going to play.

The Bielema pumping just won't end. It feels weird to see Peters. Kinda nice just to have "normal" football... iff you can call Nebraska-Illinois normal

It surprised the hell out of me, too, when it came up in a thread a month or two ago.

I honestly have no idea if this is a good hire for Illinois or not. He didn't do a good job at Arkansas against anybody other than Mississippi, but presumably he has better connections in the Midwest.

It's Illinois, though. They haven't managed a winning season since Ron Zook was there.

I wonder if after the last punt went out at the 1 if Frost told his return guy to just catch it and make a play. Because that was a really silly decision.

Did the BiG Ten refs blow that safety call?  Seems to me momentum brought him into the end zone with his knee down.  Should have been Nebraska ball on the 20.
