Don’t care about MSU. Those chumps can have their win over UM. They are in the rear view mirror playing against Pitt’s third stringer. Michigan got what it needed and is now focused on bigger and better things.

MSU never is and never will be the objective. They are a speed bump. A mid-tier priority. A nice to have but never a need to have. That will never change. Don’t get me wrong, I’d rather beat them than not. But they will never be to Michigan what beating OSU is.

You really wonder what goes through coaches heads sometimes. Pitt had a relentless pass rush going and decides that playing soft every third down was their best course of action. I knew Narduzzi was a piece of crap human being, didn't figure him for an idiot schemetically.

Pitt's massively overrated but would've blown this open if Pickett had been in. I don't even know what Pitt's signature win is this year. Beating an unranked Clemson? I suppose Wake Forest but they're meh too.

Thats the most Sparty thing ever.  Fuck the universe!

There was a thread about a movie where an MSU astronomy student found a planet killing comet.  Could we get that comet to hit East Lansing first?

Eh, hate seeing Sparty win, consolation is that piece of shit Narduzzi loses. And in reality we can still laugh knowing how peak Sparty it is to act like you won the Super Bowl because you eeked one out against a third string QB. And good luck without Walker next season, lol.

Not so sure about that, their run game was an absolute tire fire when it wasn't Walker getting the ball all year,  their o-line sucks and they actually have to replace 3 of them or so with the guys behind them who couldn't beat those guys out and they looked like essentially a 6-6 team playing another team who would have been 6-6 at best if they had started their third string guy all year tonight.

Sparty had a horseshoe up its ass this year. With Walker gone, they look exceedingly mediocre, and they don't have nearly enough talent to compete at a high level next year. If memory serves, they have to play at Wisky, Washington, Michigan, and PSU next year. Plus OSU at home. Their 2022 ceiling is 7-8 wins.

The most Sparty win ever. Hats off to them for taking advantage, but whenever they have a statement game, horrible luck infects their opponent.

Like tonight - their opponent’s Heisman finalist QB decides not to play, and his backup gets injured, and they go down to a 3rd stringer. Then pull a win out of their ass in the final minutes, with an absurd catch, a pick six, and a kickoff fumble recovery in the last 2-3 minutes.

I will say I will always remember what a piece of shit Narduzzi is for pretty much openly encouraging his defensive players to do dirty crap so I can't exactly say I was cheering that hard for Pitt either.
