YES!  Great choice and he will help keep Michigan at the top!

Carter is a REAL athlete and threat to run.  He's got a good arm, and sees the field well.  VERY comfortable off-platform and throwing on the run.  Release needs a bit of work.  Doesn't have a cannon for an arm.  Truly tough and team-oriented, his highlights show several plays where his BLOCKS open a lane for running backs.

He's a very, very good prospect.  If he adds arm strength and cleans-up his release, he could be great.  Either way, he could win a lot of games at Michigan.

Guys, let's just welcome Carter and worry about the potential implications on Underwood later.  This is our first commit in a long time, and it comes at a difficult time to recruit, and I will remember that when Carter is on campus.  I will root for him a tad more, possibly, because he showed a commitment when we kind of needed one to maybe get the ball rolling again and pick up some momentum.

I always remembered J.J. and Dononvan, when things seemed to be crumbling around us a few year ago, both re-affirm their commitments with aplomb, and I made a note about it then. I will do the same for Carter.

This is a highly underrated pickup. Great athlete. Fastest kid on his team, which includes a Buckeye DB commit. Great leader. Comes from a solid family. Has quite a bit of JJ to him. Could be something special.

Kid looks like he's rolling a double play with the throwing motion. He's definitely a baseball player, probably middle infielder. I like that Michigan is targeting a guy that is mobile after taking Davis in 2024. I wonder how much Campbell/Harbaugh will try to tweak his motion.

Too bad Devin Gardner couldn't get a covid year... that would be cool.

Such a shame that he never got A level coaching here. What could have been.
