The ultimate Tennessee move. Barely credible but cheap.

Even though he was not the answer here, life is a learning experience. I hope he learned, has improved and does well. He was always a good person, but he certainly did not develop players.

I wonder if he would have walked there.

Serious question here, meant with absolutely no snark. Do you consider keeping Shane Morris in as a "good man making an ignorant decision"? I have a hard time believing he's a "good man" after that, everyone else on the whole planet knew, how did Hoke not?

I never said he was intentionally trying to injure him. I was merely asking if the poster thought it was intentional negligence or negligence due to ignorance. You obviously thought itw as the latter. No reason to get worked up, buddy.

Im looking through his comment and cannot find where he got "worked up"

not sure having Hoke at the HC is any better then just keeping Jones there until the end of the season.

Can confirm reports that Tennessee has fired Butch Jones and Brady Hoke will serve as interim coach remainder of the season.

To Iowa sounds like sufficient qualification. Then again, maybe Kevin Wilson. He hung 49 on the Spartans.
November 12th, 2017 at 12:21 PM ^
To be fair, his defense only gave up 48.

Oh boo hoo. We all have struggles, most for much less $ but just as much time and stress.

The next logical step is to make the guy who's done the same thing the interim coach.

ZING!

Hoke did the same thing and got paid...

To your point, Ed Cunningham is probably the most ethical person associated with the whole thing. He built his career on the sport and walked away after coming to grips on how unsafe it is. Too bad that kind of conviction is so rare these days.

He's available to tiurn a bad situation into a disaster.

Tennessee would offer Gruden $10 million per.
