Michigan vs Indiana BTT First Round Game Thread
Time to finally get back to back wins! Hunter is playing and Juwan is back, Go Blue! WIN THE GAME
March 10th, 2022 at 11:34 AM ^
As I posted in what I thought was today's game thread —
Folks were complaining yesterday about Michigan again being assigned an early day game. It does have one advantage though:
It starts on time, not delayed by earlier, less-important games.
March 10th, 2022 at 11:35 AM ^
Yup. No game today is as important as this one. Go Blue. Win the game!
March 10th, 2022 at 11:40 AM ^
wait, there were complaints about being "assigned" the early game? i'm about 99% sure it's entirely based on seeding. i know the women's tournament was.
March 10th, 2022 at 11:35 AM ^
From the announcer, Hunter Dickinson, "standing 6' 1."
Fortunately, he plays bigger than that.
March 10th, 2022 at 11:35 AM ^
Stop TJD!

11:30 AM basketball LFG
Lol at the boos for Howard
March 10th, 2022 at 11:36 AM ^
Uh oh, Michigan is starting 3 guys standing 6’1
March 10th, 2022 at 11:36 AM ^
Am I crazy to think that we either need to get to the finals of the BTT or lose today just to stay off the 8-9 line and have a shot at getting deeper into the NCAA tourney?
March 10th, 2022 at 11:50 AM ^
I agree. You never want to lose but give anyone a chance to give UM a shit draw and they will take it. Feel like we are on a crash course for a 8/9 seed and second round vs Duke. That would just be perfect Juwan. That being said we can take the heat bring it on!
Welp, I guess we’ll stay off the 8/9 line…
March 10th, 2022 at 11:36 AM ^
Did they just say Hunter is 6'-1"?
March 10th, 2022 at 11:36 AM ^
Wish we had Robbie Hummel instead of Bardo
March 10th, 2022 at 11:38 AM ^
wow, a not-insignificant number of boos at juwan's intro.
he's got work to do.
March 10th, 2022 at 11:41 AM ^
houstan. lol. c'mon man.
March 10th, 2022 at 11:41 AM ^
Caleb is shooting us out of the game early
March 10th, 2022 at 11:41 AM ^
Lets hit some 3s today Caleb!
March 10th, 2022 at 11:41 AM ^
Houstan……
March 10th, 2022 at 11:41 AM ^
Jones!
March 10th, 2022 at 11:42 AM ^
Looks like Houstan's shot considers this in away game. Michigan so far looking like Michigan all year with the inconsistency.
March 10th, 2022 at 11:42 AM ^
Poor damn Houstan can’t hit the ocean away from home. 2 wide open shots. 1 airball
March 10th, 2022 at 11:42 AM ^
jones' solid play continues thus far
March 10th, 2022 at 11:42 AM ^
I will say, Houstan has the prettiest looking airball I've ever seen. :/
March 10th, 2022 at 11:43 AM ^
Ah. It's gonna be one of THOSE days from 3, ain't it?
March 10th, 2022 at 11:43 AM ^
Moussa is really bad around the rim. No touch at all.
edit. Then he takes it coast to coast and dunks
March 10th, 2022 at 11:44 AM ^
His dunk is solid, tho. ;-)
March 10th, 2022 at 11:44 AM ^
MOUSSA!
March 10th, 2022 at 11:44 AM ^
Moussa monster jam.
March 10th, 2022 at 11:44 AM ^
diabate!!
March 10th, 2022 at 11:44 AM ^
FACE!!!
March 10th, 2022 at 11:45 AM ^
Dickinson 3!
March 10th, 2022 at 11:47 AM ^
Ball movement this last few minutes has been really good.
March 10th, 2022 at 11:47 AM ^
Got the game playing in the other room as I sit on conference calls this morning. Able to pop around the corner to catch a little of the game here and there. Sounds exciting!
March 10th, 2022 at 11:47 AM ^
Chicken wing from TJD, missed the shot
March 10th, 2022 at 11:47 AM ^
24-foot tit for 24-foot tat. (I'm on a bit of delay. That was for Hunter's 3 answering IU's 3.)
March 10th, 2022 at 11:49 AM ^
That’s a big tit.
March 10th, 2022 at 11:51 AM ^
I'm not so sure any tat artist would tackle a job that YUGE...
March 10th, 2022 at 11:48 AM ^
Dickinson showing Houstan how to shoot 3s XD
March 10th, 2022 at 11:49 AM ^
You could tell after one dribble Moussa was going coast to coast
March 10th, 2022 at 11:51 AM ^
Why isnt Twill the first one off the bench?
March 10th, 2022 at 11:51 AM ^
Announcers didn't notice there was only 1 second left on the inbounds play.
March 10th, 2022 at 11:52 AM ^
same old johns. turnover machine when he dribbles.
March 10th, 2022 at 11:52 AM ^
A Brandon Johns Jr post up might be the worst play in Michigan basketball history.
March 10th, 2022 at 11:52 AM ^
Brandon Johns makes me sad
March 10th, 2022 at 11:52 AM ^
That Johns move will work eventually. Give it a couple years but it will work. Beats a Twill 3 amirite?
March 10th, 2022 at 11:54 AM ^
Please bench Houstan and put Williams in. Why did Hunter get sat down while Houstan is still in?
March 10th, 2022 at 11:55 AM ^
That was a good strong take by Johns, he was fouled there.
March 10th, 2022 at 11:55 AM ^
When 5 posters facepalm after another Johns post up fail what is the Michigan bench doing/thinking? Johns should be forbidden to shoot anything that isnt a 3 or a layup/dunk. Still gotta wonder why it seems like the coaches want him on the floor more than he wants to be?
March 10th, 2022 at 11:56 AM ^
I'm just stunned how bad Caleb's home and road splits are. His defense has greatly improved but my god man, his road shot is just awful.
March 10th, 2022 at 11:56 AM ^
As nice as it is to have him going to the bench, that call on Johnson was weak af lol
