I feel like, for the safety of our offensive players, having msu slowly drive down the field eating clock is for the best if we hold them to turnovers or feildgoals.
That Athletic article about commercials and game time was really weird and felt like it was written by ad executives who are upset they got caught shortening cfb to make more money.
Multiple times I've been told Connor Bazelak is on our schedule and time I've gone, "wait Connor Bazelak is on our schedule? " not sure what that says.
I'm just not convinced that this does anything. The ncaa wants blood and I just don't think this calms them down. My guess is a post season ban is coming next year.
When Shaw stepped down I asked my brother in law who works for u of oregon's athletic department who I should hope michigan poaches from Stanford and his one word response was "Nugent" so I've been excited for him since then.
This is the game that I became a full Michigan supporter. I was 10 yrs old, living in Washington state and my parents had a huge Rose Bowl party, everyone was rooting for Washington except my dad and me. Everyone got super upset with him at the end of the game but as Michigan won him and I danced around the room cheering. It was my first taste of a fandom victory. I was hooked on Michigan from then on.

This season is why everytime we play against a rushing qb I get worried and assume we will loose.
As soon as I saw it was a Schembechler I knew we were in trouble. Did I expect this trouble, no, but didn't think it would help us any.
