I am in the camp that Harbaugh's initial mission was to bring Michigan a national championship. He did it!!
Harbaugh should now be able to do whatever his heart desires with our full support. I hope that it's to stay at Michigan where he is beloved and a legend. That sounds like a great life.
If it's elsewhere because of his competitive nature, I'm ok with that.
This is a fun topic. I've been lurking for at least a decade. Made my first ever post this season - shows you how much I was invested in this season. I'll play:
Favorite on field memory of 2023? Moore's interception to seal the OSU win. That's followed closely by Corum's TD immediately after Zinter went out.
On field moment that angered you of 2023? JJ's initial "interception" in the Rose Bowl.
Biggest surprise player of 2023? Honestly, I wasn't surprised about any player this year. This team was just so incredibly deep. I'm gonna go with James Turner.
Favorite feature of MgoBlog? Those offense/defense player diagrams. Super useful since I have 3 young kids with constant activities and don't have time to learn about many non-Michigan players.
Despite what happened this time, I’m done with Howard. I think he should’ve been fired after the Wisconsin incident. If I did that at my job, fired immediately.
1. I took organic chemistry with Dhani Jones. He was brilliant, sat in the front row, and often volunteered to do problems on the board in front of the large lecture class. For the mid-term, I sat next to him, and he borrowed my pencil. He was very polite and thankful for the pencil.
2. My high school friend's roommate at East Quad dated Tom Brady before he was the starting QB (during the national championship season). Even as a "nobody", his girlfriend was a model and gorgeous.
My 11 year old son (who has Down syndrome) scored his first ever soccer goal. He's played on the same team for 4 years now. The coach is great. The team has lost only 2 games in 3 seasons, and he's created a reduced scope midfield position for my son that lets him succeed. I don't think I've ever seen my son so happy as when his team tackled him after the goal.
