I listen to wtka all the time because it's the only radio station dedicating to UM. Specifically I look forward to the mgoblog roundtable because it's one of the few segments where you get detailed schematic analysis.
It was a bummer that such a meaningless topic hogged such a large portion of the hour and it was frustrating to hear Brian struggle to keep the group on better topics.

Easy choice, couldn't have gone wrong picking him or adoree Jackson. But with peppers having so many roles on defense alone I think this is the right one outright.
Just based on watching him in particular, I've always kind of thought that was his weakness as well. So I agree with what PFF says and also know that he's an exceptional talent either way.
I think another thing that supports this argument is just how few times we saw him in one on one coverage (if I remember correctly). I believe the coaching staff knew this weakness and did what they could to keep him out of those situations while utilizing his other talents as much as possible.
They do if the camera is being shot from a perspective above, back and to the left of that scrum which it is.
I'm not arguing that he got the first down, because I also thought he was short. I'm just saying that this picture was not doctored, camera angles can just be deceptive.
If you watched us try to close the game against Wisconsin or Michigan state then you'd probably say no. If you saw our struggles against UFC, Colorado and Iowa you'd also say no.
I hope the fact that we run a pro style can mitigate some of the struggles we've seen earlier in the year, but if okorn is starting then they may just stack the box and make it very difficult to run the ball. I do not expect us to win with the run game.
