The General Allstate Championship Tailgate (free with game Ticket):
Allstate Championship Tailgate is the gathering place for fans who want to experience extreme tailgating leading up to the College Football Playoff National Championship. Open from 11 a.m. – 6 p.m. CT prior to kickoff, Allstate Championship Tailgate is free for all game ticket holders and will be held in Blue Lots 16-18 south of NRG Stadium. Fans will enjoy interactive games, sponsor activations, concessions, live ESPN broadcasts and live performances by each team’s marching band and award-winning musical acts on the Capital One Music Stage. A national championship game ticket is required for entry to Allstate Championship Tailgate and all NRG Stadium security measures will be in place, including the Clear Bag Policy and the no Re-Entry Policy.
Agree tickets seem way less available then last year. I was able to move my 2 tickets to section 1 row 87 on the 49 yard line last year. Compared to this year, I still don’t have enough priority points to select until Friday and nothing that good is close to available.

This weekend we will have another round of rain and this round will have more rain. Saturday morning will start dry and chilly, mid 30s. We will have increasing clouds on Saturday and warm up to 54 for the high. Rain will return later on Saturday and each hour through the afternoon and evening the chance of rain will go up, but most rain looks to hold off until Saturday night and early Sunday.
In my experience you can stream via 5g hot spot until about 2 hours before kickoff. Then it get dicey.
Thus we usually watch game day via stream until we have bandwidth problems then transition to a HD antenna. Quality wise no issue getting good picture on antenna. The negative is you have 1 or maybe 2 games to choose from. And in some cases if Michigan may be on ESPN or BTN this you can’t even watch the Michigan game.
Thus, as said above I think satellite either TV or internet would be the only way to go to guarantee coverage.

The iPhone mobile app no longer works. But since the app is mobile friendly and this homescreen tip. It should be pretty close. Biggest annoyance I have is the number of clicks to get the mgoBoard. I may just create two links on my homescreen.
