Yup, and now they start at $1000 with fees. I wonder if they will come down like the tickets for the BIG Championship Game.

Depends on the overall allotment
The demand will be really high. If they start giving out 4 tickets a piece to the top people the tickets will go fast.

Does anyone know if the cutoff for requesting the Championship game tickets is already passed? My father in law is really bad at paying attention to these deadlines and I missed the Orange Bowl cutoff

That was the deadline for semi-final tickets. I have not seen any mail for the Championship game, but maybe I missed it.

Looks like we will find out today and there will be no public sales.
The Michigan ticket allotment for the Orange Bowl is sold out. Football season ticket holders and athletic donors had the opportunity to pre-request tickets and will be notified of their status on Sunday, Dec. 5.

It does appear that tickets are stabilizing a bit on StubHub. A few for $750 (with fees about $1k) out there now. If it goes below $650, I'm going to pick 2 up.

I requested 4 last week before the deadline and have 229 points (which would have been enough for the B10 title game). I am assuming that the threshold will be much higher for the playoff but haven't heard anything either way yet.

Went to the Orange Bowl last time. Was in the Level 300’s in the corner and it was awful. My advice is get good seats or save ur $$$$.

I just got the e-mail. They said you needed 250 points to get the tickets. They received over 28,000 requests for 12,500 tickets.
Looks like TV for me.

Checked my account earlier and saw seat locations were posted for tickets from UofM. I got upper corners in the top few rows. 350ish points. Zero complaints at face value but curious how others did relative to point values.
