Boom!   BC going toe to toe…

Boom!   BC going toe to toe with Clemson too!

This shit boils my blood. So…

This shit boils my blood. So many high IQ season ticket holders that "outsmart" the system by selling the OSU game to recoup their season ticket costs. I don't understand how this is accepted and is even admired by some as being really "slick" and "well played".

You selfish motherfuckers, maybe YOUR TEAM NEEDS YOU IN THAT SEAT, not some OSU asshole rooting against them.

If you are doing this, you are part of what is wrong with Michigan Football. If you can't afford the season (the entire season) leave the tickets for someone who can.

Thanks!

I don't have upvote/downvote buttons post upgrade. I've tried different browsers etc. I thought it was everyone having the issue but apparently some folks can indeed vote.

I was grinning ear to ear

I was grinning ear to ear while watching the first half. The final quarter was rough to watch and honestly reminded me of JOK scrambling behind our line with our receivers dropping the few throws that weren't off the mark. A couple of grounding calls, a pick six, and the game capped off with a 4th down unabated sack felt all to familiar.

Don't get me wrong, I think the kid can ball out and hope to hell he comes, but I think Speight and JOK would have been serviceable (all injuries aside) if the O-line and WR problems weren't as bad as they were.

Hoping for the best, but I

It won’t be cheap, but you can try one of these Western Digital partners listed Here:

I had an issue with an external drive dying on me many years back and successfully got about 1/2 of my files back using the free version of EaseUS Data Recovery software:

This was mostly low risk .mp3 albums/movies and around 10 years ago, so I make no guarantees, implied or otherwise.

These comments got me

These comments got me thinking....

Imagine if a coach's football playbook was subject to copyright law similar to a songwriter's catalog.  Much of a coach's worth comes from their playbook and the creativity that goes into building its plays.  This is similar to a songwriter/musician, where their livelihood also depends on their musical/lyrical creativity, and their right to be compensated is protected by law.

Imagine paying royalties to run a jet sweep.  How about having to force a route runner to stutterstep in order to "change" the play enough so it avoids a copyright lawsuit? The "all the football plays have already been thought up" argument is common in musical litigation and I believe there are a maximum number of notes that a song can match the original.

If the “author” of the play were required to be acknowledged in some way, it would be interesting to see where successful coaches draw their playbook from, and how much they actually create themselves.

I agree, while not thrilled

I agree, while not thrilled about the negative comments, caring enough and having the stones to publicly apologize holds much more weight with me than the teenage smack talk caught on video.

So you're saying the board

So you're saying the board needs some type of breathalyzer test before allowing a post?  It's not a bad idea.  Maybe they make a USB version?

This is how I felt before IU

This is how I felt before IU last year.  I was really nervous then and I'm nervous now.  It's not that I think they are better, but they are close enough and our weekness dont match well with their strengths.  The "best" team doesnt always win.

Awesome! thanks for the update....  I was about to hop on Counterstrike to find out what I could.

While obviously a the UM

I agree with that as well.  It's really a win-win kind of choice.

While obviously a the UM degree makes it a no-brainer for a middle aged fella such as me, my 18 y/o self would have struggled with a choice between a declining 5-7 team with a new coach vs a proven trophy hoisting powerhouse.

I cant fault a baller for wanting to ball, and I expect that at this point he still has no regrets about the choice.  Hopefully that changes soon.

Our "wandering in the desert" is on us, not the recruits trying to do what's best for themselves.  Just my opinion anyway.

I agree. It sucks that he

I agree. It sucks that he didnt come here, but I dont envy having to make the choice that he did. I wish him the best and hope he puts up great numbers until we roll into town.  Then, when we shut him down it's that much more respect for us. Iron sharpens iron and all that.  We need a great sparring partner if we're headed to the playoffs.

Tebow is back in the news.

Tebow is back in the news.  Coincidence? I think not...

"Greatest" is such a tough

"Greatest" is such a tough label to define, but man, when Denard would take off with the ball I would get giddy with excitement.  The only other player that's gotten me worked up like that would be Barry Sanders.  You never knew when it was coming, but you knew you were going to see something special.  It was like watching history being written.

Shouldn't the better team

Shouldn't the better team generally win?  As a former NASCAR fan, I followed the sport through from the "good ole days", thru the "golden years", and gave up during the recent "pro wrestling" era.  As much as I like an exciting finish, I have no respect for a sport that reracks the balls for one last "winner take all" shot that invalidates all of the preceding events of the contest.
