Yeah, JJ needs some work. After he leads us to a national championship, he should come back next year to fine tune his mechanics. Grit and wins (with LITERALLY 1 loss) isn’t enough, he needs video game stats … NOT!
Back in 1998, coworker invited me to a party in Rochester Hills. She has been broadcasting that she just had nip piercings installed.
She walked in on me taking a piss, and told me to “get out, fucker” because she had to pee. Not sure what possessed my lame retort, but told her I figured her to be a ‘shy pisser’ ands would stake a wager on it. If she couldn’t pee in front of me, she’d have to flash me. If she could, I’d be her beer bitch the rest of the night.
After getting flashed, word of mouth spread. A small line formed of girls taking the challenge to no success. It was definitely my least crafty act of teenage desperation that turned into a nightlong adventure of seeing breasts.
Thank you, Sabrina, for getting the night started. There was a beer bong installed from the upstairs that traced down the wall to the room below. It mostly wasted the beer, but still was effective at getting the atmosphere exciting and people drunk.
It’s taken over as my ‘Ted Lasso’ fix. I like how both shows can feel so different, yet so similar. They both seem to focus on teaching/learning towards personal growth, and less about their actual subject matter. I love character driven shows where the characters evolve in positive ways.
Currently, The Bear is my binge. Season 1 was really dramatic, but definitely engaging to me (and times really funny). I’m stoked to watch Season 2 once my wife catches back up.
Yup, and the best part was staying up to watch the game a 2nd time since Pass always replayed the games right after.
I was attending MTU (Michigan Tech) at the time and will never forget that game. It happened on the anniversary of my fathers death, making it that much more of a powerful memory.
I signed up…and have no clue to what I’m doing. I picked attack 3 different times on places that are OSU territories (I think). How many times can you even attack? And, how do you know if you were successful or not?

While beating a Top5 opponent twice in one year is extremely difficult, Michigan would presumably be fully weaponized with Corum. OSU would have to play perfect/disciplined on offense to beat Michigan, because that D isn’t stopping our offense. Plus, I’m sure our coaches have a few things scheme wise they would work on that will make the challenge even harder for them.
Ideally, OSU plays in the Rose Bowl and gets a 2nd loss (like we did in 2006). Then, Day leaves after an awkward and uncharacteristic year with multiple losses (where Michigan annihilates them at the Big House). Scales completely flipped.
Survive Purdue and get healthy. Michigan has all its goals in front of them, and has as good of odds as anyone to win the whole darn thing! Go Blue!
This is where I’m at. Michigan went for it on 4th with every one of Fox’s record viewership knowing where it was going…and converted. Then, ran the same offense the rest of the 2nd half that they’ve put on film all year (minus 1 interesting RB pass), and Ohio State failed to contain it. Yet, all of OSU’s hopes on offense relied on a trick play (which may have messed up regardless)?!?
Unlike the past, UofM has much better depth than any point of the JH era. He has out schemed them the majority of his tenure. We play disciplined and they didn’t down the stretch. This play, along with their lack of unforced penalties in the 2nd half, is because of who they are…SOFT! Fuck Ohio!
Going to say it again, Nebraska curse isn’t a thing. It’s a Casey Thompson curse. Nebraska fans on Reddit get the credit here. I’ll upvote you because l know, hell yeah 11-0 is better than 10-1 (especially knowing the bs luck the buckeyes got today).
For now, celebrating by watching SEC (Tenn, Miss) burn.
Nebraska thing is a hoax. It was the starting QBs curse, and it goes back to when he played for Texas. He was injured and didn’t play against us, thus…no worries about a curse. If Michigan loses, it’s because of other reasons.
THAT was fun! Another offensive game over 80 points, and we got to see the team spread the opportunities around. Seen some strong passing that I don’t recall from last year, especially from McDaniel. Baker/Bufkin … wow. Plus, we have two legit stars that we can go through: Jett/Hunter.
This season will probably have its lumps, but look for Michigan to be the tourney team carrying the B1G again!
We beat Bates wearing green. That was the dream a few years ago when he was committed elsewhere. While it may not be the same, I celebrated that way anyway :)
Won the game AND scored 88 points…while missing 16 3-pointers and 15 FTs. That’s pretty insane. The team will improve. Plus, I loved Beilein too…he WAS amazing, but he’s gone. Remember 2014-15 (wasn’t a COVID year). Lost to NJIT!!!
It’s basketball, not football. Win, and get better/chemistry. We faced a team with great individual efforts and won. we’ll improve. Enjoy the process. Michigan is the consistent B1G performer in the tournament and that’s not changing soon!
