I did not read because it's too long, which is also why I down voted it. I have no clue as to what the content of this thread is.

RICH RODRIGUEZ WAS NEVER GIVEN A FAIR SHAKE IN ANN ARBOR.

I SAY IT BECAUSE IT NEEDS TO BE SAID.

I was going through my Twitter posts yesterday and (despite how stupid that sounds) it acted as a timeline for what I and Michigan football personalities were thinking at the time. I got it right before the 2013 and relived the downward spiral. Starting with the UTL2 win against ND, to the close calls against Akron and UConn, a 3-5 B1G record (with losses to our rivals, and the most frustrating of losses against PSU, Nebraska, and Iowa), spanking in the BWW bowl against KSU, to the 2014 season with the blowout at ND, embarrassing loss against Utah at home that ended in torrential downpours, 3-5 B1G record again with losses to Maryland and Rutgers, Brandon resigning as AD, and ending with Coach Hoke being fired. All of that, and then it was the ESPN talking heads and NFL beat writers spewing pure BS with "His wife wants to stay on the west coast". But we got our man! But you are right, OP, it was the end of people being in charge for no reason. And it's incredible to think just how much improvement there was year over year from 2014 to 2015. People like to say Harbaugh doubled our win total from 5 to 10, but I think people still forget about just how bad this team was and how dysfunctional the program was in 2014 and prior years. It'll make 2016 all the sweeter when the ol season is over!

Nothing sums up the incompetence of Dave Brandon better than:

"Brady Hoke would have crawled hands and knees through broken glass to coach Michigan for free"

yet Brandon paid him something like $5M a year when no one was trying to take him away from his $1M/year job in San Diego and no one was trying to steal him away from Michigan.

“I had a coach, Mike Ditka, legendary coach who played for the Chicago Bears, he once told me, Jim, you will have your critics. ‘Screw ’em.’ Nice post op, appreciate the effort. Don't sweat the haters.

I remember having a few beers and posting a feelingsball blah last year after Minnesota. But that was midnight after a game after beers. This was early Monday morning. What the f#%! is your excuse?

Very James Joyce in the stream of consciousness tone but in need of a few revisions and some content editing.  The prose rambles back and forth a bit much and lacks consistency of thought.
