Coach said this was going to happen during his weekly radio show. The players that play regularly were going to get a few days off and help those that don't see the field as regularly improve their games.

I love this concept. Teaching somebody else something is one of the best ways to get a deeper understanding of that subject for yourself. The guys the play a lot get to rest their bodies but still stay engaged and work on their mental game. The backups get more reps and instruction from the more experienced guys.
