what if:chip kelly gets fired, which school does he go to?

i know its only 2 games but the eagles look really bad.  With Chip Kelly cleaning house this past offseason all the blame will be on him if the eagles remain horrible this season.  My question is if he is let go and he decides to go back to college what school do you think he ends up at?  I could see Texas if they continue to struggle under Charlie Strong.  what do you guys think.

Poor format, but an interesting question.

If Texas ends up something like 3-9 this year and Chip Kelly is available, I bet Texas makes him a huge offer. I also wouldn't be surprised if Miami got rid of Golden this year and were in the running for a new coach.

I watched the Philly game yesterday and thought "geesh, he better right this ship or he could get canned".  My next thought was where would he go, and immediately I thought he would take a 1 year break working CFB broadcasts for ESPN or FS1... In the meantime Urbz will get his second NC and he will either take off for the NFL or need a break. Who's waiting in the wings with a roster loaded with talent perfect for his system..? Chip Kelly. It seems like the most plausible outcome for OSU the way things have played out for them over the years.

I don't think he will be back to coach The Eagles next season. His offense sucks and the fans are getting pissed. I would place my bet on Texas being his next job.

I live in Oregon, and with my luck, Helfrich and the rest of the staff will agree to being demoted in order to bring Chip back.

Although, is his show cause penalty over yet? Can he coach in college?

Interesting question. Two games mean nothing. I am expecting Lions to win the next four. Silly me. Texas is the best option. It would be funny though if USC falls apart and Kelly goes there. But the best story would be how we got the one coach who was so successful in NFL and came to M to bring us back to our right place. Saban, Kelly, Meyer can suck it.

How are the Lions gonna win the next four?

You really expect the Lions to beat Denver... even with mediocre Manning?

Then they have to visit the Seahawks.

Didn't the Lions snatch defeat from the jaws of victory last time they played the Cardinals?

The next two against the Bears and the Vikings aren't gimmies if they continue to play, to well, their standard.

Their first win may very well not come until the Raiders before Thanksgiving!
