What is interesting is that they are getting closer to their earliest music with their last two albums which is not typical of most bands that need to reinvent or simply change. This sounds pretty, pretty good

Yeah, the lead riff sounds like a Megadeth song (the higher up the fret board chord type riff), so it definitely has Kill 'Em All vibes. Definitely not Master of Puppets.

So they've officially announced a date next November at Ford Field with PAN - FUCKING - TERA. I know it's not the same Pantera, but god damn it will be awesome to hear those songs again!!!

If there is anyone that can fill in for Dime it's Zakk Wylde. That said I'm more concerned about Phil's voice. Down had been iffy for awhile now he's going to try Pantera songs again -- hope it sounds good!

Only if you're buying tickets to both concerts; single day tickets don't go on sale for another few months. So prepare to set aside something like at least $500 for two for the "cheap" seats.
