Things I'd like to know:

  • Projected NFL draft position of several players based on opinions of NFL people (and not some random jamoke on Twitter). That is, is anyone really making a sacrifice to "run it back?"
  • How much money they're all getting next year.
  • Which rules were bent / broken to make it happen.

Could be preseason #1 with this squad. We will take somewhat of a step back while they get better. I'm going to be sweating this game all year! But not until Sep, I'm going to enjoy this championship first!

Best of luck to OSU in November. Let's hope they all stay healthy because I don't want to hear Sucknut apologists say after their loss to Michigan, "But our top paid players were hurt!"

I genuinely have to respect these guys for coming back and giving it one last shot. I’m not going to do something like applaud our guys for all coming back last year and then turn around and call OSU players a bunch of morons for doing the exact same thing.

That said, I’m very much looking forward to seeing Henderson being reintroduced to Mason Graham next year. Hope he gets to be a proud member of one of the greatest recruiting classes of all time, walking out of Columbus without a single pair of gold pants to his name.

All of these hold overs makes you wonder if a few guys close on the depth chart get antsy and hit the portal. They usually reload versus retain. This is highly unprecedented.

I don't think that the combination of Ryan Day and that core of players is a combination that can win a championship and I don't think their portal additions are going to be world beaters. They're a great assemblage of potential, but after the last three years, this group doesn't get the benefit of the doubt from me because they haven't beaten anyone but one dimensional Penn State teams.

My thought is that they're feeling like revenue sharing is coming in the next few years. If that's true why not go all the way in on NIL now before its impact is muted?

ryan you’re still an asshole no matter how much you try to imitate Jim Harbaugh… you’re forgetting the part about the coach having integrity and having the love and respect of his players … they love the money you begged your boosters to pay them nothing more !!!

Damn OSU is going to be absolutely stacked next year. They really have no excuse to not beat Michigan, but that will be an extremely tough game to win at OSU.

It's shocking to see so many 1st & 2nd round types willing to come back, especially a guy like Henderson who gets hurt every year and plays a position with a short lifespan.

I'm surprised he's back, but they'll be really solid at RB next year.  That said the Judkins guy leaving Ole Miss sounded like a situation nobody at Ole Miss was that bothered by, so we'll see how that goes.

But OSU is going to be really tough next year.

Looks like Ohio State will be A OK at the skill positions on both sides of the ball.  If they work out QB, DT, OL, they will be dangerous in 2024.

They basically have the same team that we have dogwalked 3 years straight. Cool.

now if Urban Meyer were coaching I might be a bit worried, but Day will find a way to fuck this up

OSU's got a very this is their year vibe going.

Between you me and the walls, I thought Ryan Day did a pretty good job this year coaching them up, and that was a good team, maybe the best team we played this year.

Ryan Day can also fuck off forever for all his bitching about sign stealing, as can the world's most annoying fan base.
