Next time, save time and just post "i'm not an insider"
better yet, don't bother posting at all.
November 2nd, 2020 at 4:32 PM ^
Speaking of insiders, how has there not been any comments around Dylan leaving? A program the size of Michigan and mums the word on the presumed QB starter leaving, but staying in school or new hire Shoop making recruiting calls but not being with the team? What is going on?
November 2nd, 2020 at 5:14 PM ^
McCaffrey is still on the official roster. What am I missing?
November 2nd, 2020 at 6:20 PM ^
You missed the part where above McCaffrey's name it says "OPTED OUT OF SEASON"
November 2nd, 2020 at 4:28 PM ^
At least we don't have a clearly concussed QB who can barely hold his head straight running onto the field.
November 3rd, 2020 at 12:18 AM ^
Man... the bar is now so low that my wheelchair bound mother, bless her, could clear it.
November 2nd, 2020 at 4:28 PM ^
It's not the last year of his contract. He is signed through next year
November 2nd, 2020 at 6:45 PM ^
Spot on. Most people dont know this...he is locked in through 2021, he aint going anywhere past this year unless Warde is willing to give him like .... ummm a lot of money to leave.
November 2nd, 2020 at 7:02 PM ^
Who says JH wants to stay past year 7 of his contract ?
November 4th, 2020 at 2:05 PM ^
Yeah true...if thats the case. Just get it the fuck over with Jim
November 2nd, 2020 at 9:48 PM ^
You can’t really have a lame duck season and come back. For recruiting etc we will have to effectively make a decision at the end of the season imo
November 2nd, 2020 at 4:29 PM ^
It smells like something, but this ain't it. There is no way they are just letting this play out like that. Recruits will start jumping ship (may already have). I'd bet we start hearing about an extension very soon and hopefully some changes on the defensive side at the end of the season.
November 2nd, 2020 at 4:30 PM ^
Offense scored 24 points, including the last 6 minute drive for 7. People need to talk about the offense and not just the defense.
November 2nd, 2020 at 4:43 PM ^
The offense has a new QB, four new starting OL, and most freshman/sophomore at WRs.
People have to chill the fuck out on the offense. It went up against a team that still has a good defense. Poor gameplan killed them this game more than performance.
November 2nd, 2020 at 4:58 PM ^
Poor game plan, inexperience, whatever you want to call it. They scored 17 while MSU had 27 with 2 minutes left in the 4th quarter. You aren’t going to win many college football games scoring 17pts in 58 minutes of game time.
November 5th, 2020 at 8:01 AM ^
Poor game plan sounds like the repertoire for the last 6 years. That and coaching.
November 3rd, 2020 at 8:15 AM ^
That said, I'm not real sure of Milton. Accuracy is a BIG problem. Always has been.
November 2nd, 2020 at 4:43 PM ^
I don't disagree, i'm just going with what I think is a possibility. No way they are dumping Gattis already, he could move on I guess, but that would be really telling.
November 2nd, 2020 at 6:10 PM ^
Maybe not Gattis but they need to dump Don Brown before the OSU game. Jesus H Christ, the OSU offensive output this year could be one for the record books especially after the exchange between JH and Day during that Big Ten phone conversation
November 2nd, 2020 at 5:26 PM ^
Im ok with talking about the offense. Like, hey Jim, butt the fuck out of the offense and let Gattis run it. Stop trying to run shit from 2-3 decades ago. Now...on to the defensive discussions which are plentiful. As an encore we can discuss recruiting and the need for better ones of those on staff as well.

Inshallah Harbaugh is leaving after our perennial buckeye blowout.
November 2nd, 2020 at 4:51 PM ^
Is that an Iranian relative?
November 2nd, 2020 at 5:11 PM ^
Not sure if this is sarcastic or not so I apologize in advance, but 'inshallah' is an Arabic expression that literally means "If Allah allows it," or our phrase "God willing," in English.
November 2nd, 2020 at 5:15 PM ^
I think you meant, inshallah and the creek don't rise.
November 2nd, 2020 at 10:04 PM ^
Mahmoud, are you commenting on Michigan Football again?
November 2nd, 2020 at 4:29 PM ^
Sparty sure would love that. For some unknown reason, they cant wait for Harbaugh to get fired.
November 2nd, 2020 at 4:31 PM ^
It’s definitely the beginning of the end. Hopefully as a fan base we can stop repeating the same mistake of “trust the coaches” for the next guy.
It’s a shame because I love Harbaugh but his staff isn’t capable of recruiting within the same ballpark of OSU and at UM that’s the job. His best teams were with Hoke’s guys.
November 2nd, 2020 at 4:36 PM ^
For a brand new account, you seem familiar ...

November 2nd, 2020 at 4:47 PM ^
What is the story with Schoop? He is not working on the staff? Are they one coach down?
November 2nd, 2020 at 4:51 PM ^
He was eaten by a group of angry grizzly bears trying to find the northwest passage
November 2nd, 2020 at 4:51 PM ^
Not sure but UM should hire Steve Clinkscale from Kentucky. Guy recruits Detroit well and has his DB’s playing lights out.
November 2nd, 2020 at 4:52 PM ^
We should recruit somebody to break your fingers so you can't type anymore
November 2nd, 2020 at 4:53 PM ^
Is he Maizen?
November 2nd, 2020 at 4:53 PM ^
Who downvotes this?
November 2nd, 2020 at 7:09 PM ^
People who know that Clinkscale already turned down Michigan a couple of years ago, when there were staff openings for an offensive coach. He chose to take a pay raise at Kentucky.
November 3rd, 2020 at 8:44 AM ^
Nope, this is false per Sam Webb.
November 2nd, 2020 at 5:03 PM ^
Maybe he caught something and can't be around the team.
November 2nd, 2020 at 7:32 PM ^
I always upvote Phil Hartman.
November 2nd, 2020 at 8:44 PM ^
Everyone does, except Brynn Hartman.
November 2nd, 2020 at 5:01 PM ^
- It's not the last year of his contract - he's signed until next year.
- They seemingly lost out on a DT who seems to want to go to MSU for a while now and just waited until now to say so.
- The staff sure seemed to have lots of energy last week when they beat up Minnesota.
- Bob Schoop being out is likely a personal matter that he doesn't want to talk about; in the year 2020 nobody should be surprised "weird" things like that might be in play.
Anyway, I very much enjoy this place after a loss because everyone's deep-seated anxiety comes out in full bloom.
November 2nd, 2020 at 5:09 PM ^
Absolutely!
Last week: Genius coaches! Best Harbaugh team! See those pics of coach with QB laughing! Rejoice! We are gonna be awesome.
This week: Crap. Fire everyone!
What a bunch of BS gets posted after a loss. Not just M, I bet, every fanbase has this kinda thing.
November 2nd, 2020 at 5:06 PM ^
Coaching staff is clueless, when Dax Hill stated that they practiced to Hone in on the run. Look at the MSU vs Rutgers game, Lombardi threw for 319 yards and 3 TD's (and 2 Int's) and they rushed for 50 yards on 39 carries. Now tell me which one sounds like their stronger unit?
