Stadium experience tonight
At the game currently, just a couple tidbits from my perspective, feel free to share yours as well.
1. The media timeouts are out of control, I think there's literally been 16 so far
2. The amount of drunk people at night games vs day is literally...night and day. I really hope we dont ever sell alcohol. Literally had to tell the dude next to me to stop yelling in my ear.
3. The lights are cool for the beginning of the game before kick off but they're being way overdone.

I'm married to a guy who works security at Cubs games. I get the yelling guy thing. Be happy he didn't throw up on you. Happens more than you think.

Seriously. The lights after a td are terrible on TV. You literally can’t see anything. The TV screen goes dark while the players are celebrating. Please stop.

The lights aren't any better while you're sitting in the stands but at least they aren't the disco lights they put on at Pistons games or smoky fireworks like they do in Nebraska. We don't need the lights. The touchdown itself is supposed to generate the excitement - flashing blue and yellow lights don't make it better. It's kind of funny when they flash them after the team fucks up and settles for a field goal.

Can you invite all of the other “sit down”ers to your safe space for the next game? Your kind wasn’t meant to be in a stadium that fits 100k people. Try some noise cancelling headphones playing ocean sounds, baby ears.

I'm actually the opposite of a sit downer...I'll stand all game and make as much noise as possible on defense.
What I wont do is throw a fit every time a play doesnt go well, especially on offense when the crowd is quiet so everyone can hear my special opinion aka be a drunk douchebag.

Lights are very minor league baseball. Or Tangerine Ballroom back in the day for other old folks like me. Not necessary at a UM football game IMHO.
