If you want to play for a program that will never be better than second or third in its own division, and play for a fanbase that views you as nothing more than a way to pass the time until basketball season, topping out at 8-9 wins a year…..that’s your business.

I know there is something to be said for wanting to play closer to home, but going to Kentucky over Michigan, and it not being a basketball recruiting battle, just feels like you’re setting yourself up for eventual disappointment and wondering what you could’ve had instead. Michigan is playing its best football in years, has made the CFP and looks primed to do so again, is putting tons of kids into the NFL, and you’d rather go somewhere that’ll top out at sending you to the Citrus Bowl.

Well…..okay then. Your loss.

Hey guys it's game day!!!  I'll help you calm your nerves!  We do have a culture and it's actually growing.  We also have struggled long enough with BPONE.  Can't we just enjoy the ride to the Championship and let other things play out.  It's a couple of recruits that have a choice to choose what they want to do with their own lives.  TEXAS A&M says hello!!!  Number one class not one playoff appearance to show for it.  You can pay players but you cannot argue with the quality of football we'll be watching every Saturday this Fall.  Also, through the Winter until we hoist up the new version of the, "College National Playoff Football Trophy!"  As always,

Whatever.

A loss, no doubt, won't lie about it.

But at this point I have a lot of questions when kids make these decisions.

If it's what they feel is best for them, great.

Just in general I'd rather spend the money on a 19-20 year old kid with 1-2 years of good experience at FBS level vs a 17 year old who might never pan out like so many even 4-5 star recruits haven't. A guy who's shown he can be a dominant player at say Georgia Southern or Ball State is a better bet than any HS kid.

No shock. Harbs and team should be prepared for this jump. The guys will see 8 wins as the high watermark. Something about playing in front of your fans. Stoops has done an excellent job at a school that lives and breathes CBB. Move on!

Are we still pursuing any uncommitted recruits at this time or we just looking for a few late risers and planning to go to the portal to fill holes?

This is going to be a season to remember followed by an extremely interesting offseason.

According to Sam Webb, Michigan will not continue to recruit them. I can't blame Michigan for cutting all ties to the kids when you keep telling the staff and other verbals in the class you are solid but you are actually not,
