Man there's time for all the Debbie Downers from yesterday to update their comments. They know soo much more about basketball than our coach from the comfort and couches, in their homes.
I’m going to wait until we actually fill the roster with three more quality players before I start thumping my chest over this off-season.
Even if he comes (not a forgone conclusion) the roster is still a mess and Juwan has to win games and make the tournament this year… so I’ll sit back and wait. I have been harder on Juwan than most here, and I will definitely not shy away from that. Trust me I hope I eat crow, lots and lots of delicious crow, but from what I have seen, if they miss the tournament this year, it’s time to part ways in the nicest possible way you can for a former player and icon.
Just to check, when we lost #36 in the transfer racks, it wasn't Howard's fault, because he's a victim. But if we get him, he's going amazing things?
No one is saying he is doing amazing things. And it appeared we were out because of an NIL issue, not b/c Juwan could not recruit.
Obviously we are still scrambling but at least a glimmer of hope. Let's hope it pans out.

Are you really gonna pound your chest on us being out a transfer then inexplicably being back in on a transfer when we haven't even gotten him yet? Not to mention, it's not like this pick up would put us over a the top. He would be a good get, but this would still be a middle of the pack B1G team at best
