Hah! That was me. I generally always try to be respectful, especially on opponents boards, but that comment really ticked me off.
I'm originally from PA and in my early years rooted for Penn State, which made the response of (many) PSU fans in the wake of the Sandusky scandal appalling to me.
The fact is that this "scandal", one that most opposing fans would if given truth serum would admit is not a big deal, is fun and ridiculous. It's easy to mock UM about stuff that's this stupid while MANY of the ones their own programs have committed, should they ever be brought up, are met with indignance precisely because they are so serious.
In any case, **** em.

I'm originally from PA as well, albeit a Pitt fan (which, since Narduzzi is there, I unfortunately can't cheer for them anymore). Generally, I like the PA teams and like the people there. Internet fanbases are the worst though...

Plus the actual write up was pretty straight up, minus a couple ref complaints we don't agree with. Very, very weird headline in that there is not one word in the actual article about Michigan being poopy pants cheaters who are soooo mean (so Pete Thamel didn't write it).

This PSU story seemingly holds itself out as a published article rather than online ranting. So I’ll go ahead and be the guy who notes that in case they didn’t embarrass themselves enough with the heading, they also misuse the word “complementary” in the subheading.
