If it is cheating, then he still would release a statement saying it’s “personal reasons” and the “no longer take lightly” part is another general term to use to possibly not go in depth and further embarrass his wife.

Buffalo is an interestingly hilarious place with kind of an "anything goes" attitude. I'm guessing he was tailgating with the Bills Mafia for the Bills game last weekend and maybe snuck off for a BJ from a drunk girl, then later found out she was 17.
I agree though, we probably shouldn't speculate.

Buffalo tailgates are crazy, but the people there have an extreme "laissez faire" attitude in general. Similar to the attitude that exists in many places in the South as well, but in Buffalo I'd say it's more out in the open.

Once again, reasons why it just means more in the SEC. Warmer weather = more likely to strip down. Heck, there's less to even take off in the first place. October in Buffalo you're already likely layering and probably want to find an indoor spot before you start unzipping. In Georgia you just look for a spot between the hedges.
