Happy Holidays to the mgocommunity! What movies will you, or have you watched with your loved ones in the next few days. An all time favorite of mine is Christmas Vacation.

For me .. these are the best and what I grew up loving.

My son loves them as well.  Both are classic movies.

The Miser brothers and Burl Ives make these two special for me and the family.

Lots of good posts on here!  =)

I don't know that I have a favorite, but this movie is always funny to watch this time of year.  Here is a deleted scene:

I typically watch:

Christmas Vacation, Home Alone 1 and 2, Just Friends, A Christmas Carol, Elf, The Grinch Who Stole Christmas.

I watch the Polar Express too because my aunt used to read it to me every Christmas Eve when I was young.

My parents are my heroes and we did a lot as a family throughout the year.  Especially though, throughout the Holidays.  I really enjoyed watching Holiday movies.  My favorite with my dad was Holiday Inn.  My favorite with my mother was Polar Express (unfortunately she passed away a little over two years ago.  So we watch it every year with family and friends that were close with her to honor her).  Happy Holidays, Merry Christmas and Happy 2017!

Merry Christmas, Charlie Brown. The movie has resonated with me since childhood. Even when the holidays weren't the happiest moments of my life - this always restored a little bit of perspective.

While the hate for Ohio is strong I enjoy living her because I can make a trip to the Christmas Story House and then a trip to a Christmas Museum where I got to slide down the same slide Ralph slid down in disgust having just told Santa he wanted a football.

Christmas Vacation always tops the list. Hits so many marks. Tradition, feel of the holidays and quality laughs.
