OT: Tristan Thompson screaming at Beilein (ugly scene in rare win)
Really not sure Beilein thought through the transition to coaching multi-millionaires.

Growing up my mom always said "Eat your spinach, study hard, ride a dick to the championship and you'll get to call the shots".

Your mom sounds like my sort of lady.

I guess you ride LeBron's dick to one title and you get to double post
December 13th, 2019 at 9:01 AM ^
Thompson was the guy defending John a week ago, so this could be ominous. Or it could just be a very minor league dust-up. Without a lot more data, it's not possible to read much more from the encounter alone.
What does strike me is the body language afterward. John looks like he's left a little bit alone there as everyone turns away.
December 13th, 2019 at 4:44 PM ^
Yeah, I noticed that too. He kind of just stands there and then sheepishly taps a guy (I'm assuming to come in and replace Thompson).
By itself, this is pretty minor for a struggling NBA team. But in the context of the reports last week, and considering that Thompson was a guy defending Beilein, there could be something more to it.

I guess you ride LeBron's dick to one title and top off a thread with a whoops

I've read speculation that Thompson rode Lebron's dick to a championship and now feels he can call the shots. Can anyone corroborate?
December 13th, 2019 at 7:49 AM ^
Can confirm. Dick was ridden to championship, now feels entitled to call the shots.
December 13th, 2019 at 10:22 AM ^
Do you have a link.. or two?
December 13th, 2019 at 11:41 AM ^
The real question is did Thompson ride Khloe's dick?
NTTIAWWT

Would prefer not to hear about Lebron's dick any more.

Well, see, and that's why you don't get to call the shots here.

Thompson is just trying to get traded from Cleveland. But has this dude ever successfully pleased anybody? He had a Kardashian and couldn't be faithful to her
December 13th, 2019 at 7:26 AM ^
How many times has this guy ridden Lebron’s dick? And he still hasn’t pleased anyone?
December 13th, 2019 at 12:19 PM ^
To a championship? Once.
December 13th, 2019 at 1:45 PM ^
Per Shefter, Lebron’s dick is still in play.

I feel like infidelity and dating a Kardashian are two sides of the same coin. I mean, I'm not saying everybody who steps out dates a Kardashian, but doesn't everybody who dates a Kardashian step out?
December 13th, 2019 at 7:50 AM ^
The chances of stepping out on a Kardashian increases 10x when that Kardashian is Khloe.

Kris Kardashian / Jenner telling her little girls how to live life....
December 13th, 2019 at 11:58 AM ^
Because with a Kardashian, after the initial thrill of a new partner wears off, what are you left with besides a shallow, vapid, uneducated, fame whore?
I cannot imagine that's a lot of fun.
December 13th, 2019 at 2:31 PM ^
What are you left with? Hint: The first word is subcutaneous.
December 13th, 2019 at 7:57 AM ^
Wait. This guy rode a Kardashian AND LeBron's dick?
Who the fuck gets that lucky in real life? Gawd, life is so not fair...
December 13th, 2019 at 8:14 AM ^
Which Kardashian, Bruce?
December 13th, 2019 at 11:56 AM ^
Come on man...
Khloe is a dude.

I don’t feel sorry for her. She got with him while he was dating a girl he got pregnant...that’s good ol’ karma in my book.
December 13th, 2019 at 8:59 AM ^
I think the only reason those people exist is to make headlines. It made a lot of headlines. They don’t need anyone’s pity.
December 13th, 2019 at 9:32 AM ^
"He had a Kardashian and couldn't be faithful to her."
I think that kind of goes hand in hand with being a Kardashian, don't you think?
December 13th, 2019 at 10:24 AM ^
Fucking a Kardashian is the equivalent of sticking your dick in plastic. Nope.
December 13th, 2019 at 12:24 PM ^
Ughh.I'm not sure that "having a Kardashian" is a prize

When did the NBA season start and who's Tristan Thompson?
December 13th, 2019 at 10:42 AM ^
Google tells me he's a Cornish knight who married an Irish princess, but that story is 800 years old so I think that's why we didn't get the reference.
December 13th, 2019 at 7:21 AM ^
It's worth reading the context for the little clip conveniently captured for TV.

From tweet #1:
"Sexton shooting that three instead of running offense. All the hard work Tristan has done and Collin jacking up shots to get his. Coach wanted him to get back after miss. Then after TO , dunk by TT. Coach and him argue, TT SAYA TELL HIM TO PASS"
December 13th, 2019 at 7:36 AM ^
I wondered if it was Sexton who talked smack since he played for Avery Johnson. Kid is not as good as he should be as a ball hog shooting PG. They should trade Sexton as soon as Windler is healthy—develop the core of Windler, Garland and Porter. I hope they get Wiseman in next year’s draft. Imagine the future for that team with a core of those four. Cavs would compete by year 3 with JB.
December 13th, 2019 at 9:50 AM ^
This Sexton sounds like he needs a dick to ride.
December 13th, 2019 at 11:32 AM ^
Oh, he tried to ride it. This was his plea to LeBron after getting drafted.
December 13th, 2019 at 10:21 AM ^
It seems like common knowledge that Sexton was one of the guys complaining about Beilein, and was the guy Thompson alluded to in response to needing to deal with it in-house. Sexton is one of those NBA PGs who isn't really good at anything other than getting his shot (he has about a 1:1 TO:A ratio this season), and that's the antithesis about what Beilein wants in his guards.
December 13th, 2019 at 10:39 AM ^
Sexton is all of the negative things about Westbrook's game rolled into a player.
He really could be great, And you gotta keep him unless a great opportunity comes the Cav's way. However, Garland will be the better player IMO.
Speaking of young PGs, Morant looks like the next Rose. Explosive, clutch, and land all of his dunks awkwardly on one foot.
December 13th, 2019 at 11:25 AM ^
I'm having memories of Manny Harris and Iowa here and I think I have an idea of how Beilein will handle this.
December 13th, 2019 at 2:22 PM ^
Wouldn't all of the negative things about Westbrook's game rolled into a player be....Westbrook?
I'm guessing you mean without any of the positive things?
December 13th, 2019 at 2:02 PM ^
But why is a Saxon getting involved with a Cornish knight and his Irish princess, regardless of who is riding? Sounds like that whole Hanseatic League is against it.
