If Michigan is in the game into the second half and O'Korn gets injured, would they /should they burn McCaffrey's redshirt if he gives them the best chance?

First offensive play line up 5 WR's and don't look back.

They will refuse to let us run... don't waste the first half trying to figure that out.. please just open it up... now.

Any word on his status? If he is playing, I run power all day long. OSU is built to chase the QB and defend the spread. Let's see how they like getting punched in the mouth. Now, I don't believe any of that, but I need some reason to have hope, otherwise why watch the game?

Yeah, they know we can't pass so they'll just stack the box like everyone else... I don't see our offense doing anything if they can't make OSU respect the passing game.. so yeah, we're boned.

I want to believe JOK is about to have the game of his life, but we all know what's going to happen. What I'm afraid of is that the entire team knows what's going to happen too and they come out flat and we get absolutely steam rolled. You could see a noticeable drop off last week when Peters went out and a noticeable pick-up when Peters came in vs Rutgers. I'm afraid this is going to go reeeeeal bad

the fuck out! Play action and gun it. Connect on a couple deep plays early and put OSU in an Iowa bodybag!! Boom! Yes I'm drinking early...from my couch...what? Let's Go Blue!!!

So we can look forward to him dropping back, looking like a deer in headlights and getting sacked. Repeat this 7X then send in Malzone who will play like his hair is on fire, bring us back to within 1 score only to fall short and run out of time.

Then we'll all know we should have started Malzone and Harbaugh will look like a douchebag in funny glasses.

I’m a fan of JOK. I genuinely root for his success because of the type of person he appears to be. (Here comes the caveat)

When it comes to him starting, however, I don’t get the warm and fuzzies. Playing against a defense like this, we can’t afford turnovers and you have to be willing to take what the defense gives you. Those are JOK’s biggest flaws. He knows pre-snap where he’s going and come Hell or high water, he’s going there. Last week, he had two unacceptable drops by his targets, sure, but his throw into double coverage to DPJ was exactly why he was benched and yet he did it almost immediately. Even after the coaching staff repeatedly praised Peters for his check downs and not forcing plays, JOK did the opposite when thrust into action.

JOK is what he is: a Michigan man but a QB that you don’t exactly want starting in a big game.

The real question is what's best for BP, not what's best for Michigan fandom. If BP's not ready --- and I and most everyone else would have been shocked if he were --- then put John O'K out there and hope for the best. Go Blue.
