If you run thru 11W, the comments are usually about how stupid (fill in the blank) is. If you're a coach, a ref, an analyst, another team, or a sportcaster who doesn't become a syncophant for the team you are lambasted. Objectivity is lacking and that forum reads like a 4th graders essay. Once in a while you will see something well written, but it is rare. The worst is "Blu Fan" who kisses OSU butt and tells them how good they are. Nobody disrespects the team because their team is strong. They need to figure out, (on their own) what is being disrespected.

I think 11W provides really good factual updates about the team. But some of the posters go really overboard with their enthusiasm and their disrespect of certain teams, players and media people. So I skip over a lot of that nonsense.

However, since I visit several team boards, I can say that OSU boards are not unique in doing this. I've also noticed that being overly successful does tend to bring out the "asshole" in most of us.......

"And honestly, forget the dishonest and immoral way that ESPN covers Ohio State football, the fact that Urban Meyer is going to be [at the Big Noon Kickoff Show] means that EVERYONE is going to go to that one."

Except the gambling aspect from Barstool.  It never gets old watching Dave, Big Cat, and Marty Mush all be fucking awful at sports gambling.  Actually Mush I can tell knows a little bit more about the betting market than those other two, but he also has the worst consistent luck every time and it's hilarious each time.

Who cares what those ignorant, pig farmers feel about ESPN.  If they didn't have such an easy schedule, maybe rational, impartial people would have a higher opinion of them.

“I mean I could go on and on and on and on. That GameDay tweet has 375 replies of Ohio State fans telling them to stay home this weekend.”

Not ALL 375 are OSU fans, some comments are from opposing fans calling OSU idiots. Also, many of 375 replies are same OSU twitter accounts replying multiple times. So in reality, let’s say “200” OSU fans are requesting to boycott.

So yeah, 200 of OSU’s fringe lunatic fan base wants to be boycott game day.

I don't get it. Are they mad that they're #2? Mad about not getting into the playoff since 2016?

Maybe getting blown out 31-0 in their last appearance has something to do with it. lol

Not sure what you guys are confused about.
ESPN is biased towards the SEC and other organizations and it's very obvious.

They don't even try to hide it.

Follow the money and that's what ESPN promotes.

So since ESPN has much influence, like the MSM, they should try harder to pretend to be fair. :|

Those fans should boycott this on Saturday.

But yeah, Fu(k Ohio.

So their complaint is that 1 out of 3 CFB shows won't be hosting in Columbus?!

So rather than boycott for something tangible and worthwhile lets boycott a "truly" first world problem.

I'm not clicking that link, but if Ohio fans are feeling disrespected I'm more than happy to concede that they are the cooler-poopinest fans in the whole of the U.S.A.
