Joe Lunardi is the best at predicting IMO. He usually is correct and Palm does in fact suck. I am better at predicting brackets than Palm and he does it for a living. Really it has become a lot easier to predict these brackets with all the information out there. CSU is a real good team but pretty sure SDSU beat them and we took care of them. Now that doesn't mean much depending on the matchups but CSU is a good team
Lunardi was the 55th-ranked bracketologist entering this year. He is better than Palm (who is truly awful, ranked 100th) but there are far better out there.

CBS is not in the business of predicting NCAA committee behavior. They are in the media business. They get paid for clicks, views and engagement. Hence, that is Palm's job.
What better way to get clicks, views and engagement than to troll one of the biggest fan bases in college sports? If we thought we were safely in (which we were), would we have been hanging on every game, every update this week?

Edit, I'll say this though...brutal for Tennessee as well. To have to play a streaky Michigan team, where our fans would travel, sucks for them.
Michigan is the type of team that could very easily get hot and beat Tennessee by 15+...or go 2nd half of IU and lose easily by 15+.

I was at that game in Charlotte. 40 point beat down in Pearl's last game at TN. Still would have liked to see Stu take the corner 3 to beat Duke. Morris got a good look at the tying bucket, but Stu was wide open!

Duke is worse than Tennessee if you're suggesting the opposite. But in general, I agree. It's great...to be...a Michigan Wolverine.
