A win is a win, but Minter still blows!

They scored 7 non garbage time points and it took a short field to get those 7 points.
October 1st, 2022 at 3:21 PM ^
Yeah. In reality there was 1 ugly long drive. It was very unpleasant. But ultimately the defense kept Iowa off the board and we scored an extra TD off it.

I can’t argue with that, but Iowa definitely seemed less offensively challenged today than their previous 3 games.
October 1st, 2022 at 3:38 PM ^
They scored 7 points on offense today at home. They scored 13 points on offense on the road at Rutgers last week. How is that "less offensively challenged?"

His reluctance to do a postgame interview is weird. But that's my coach!
October 1st, 2022 at 3:18 PM ^
He wants the players to get the credit
October 1st, 2022 at 3:19 PM ^
I like him putting the players in the spotlight.

Speaking of turtling... Time to watch MSU get ramshackled by the Terps!

Literally can't wait.

"Ball to the wall." Footballs?
October 1st, 2022 at 3:21 PM ^
The term originated with WW2 pilots the throttle on the planes had a ball type hand piece when it was time to engage they would push the “ball to the wall” or the front of the cockpit.
October 1st, 2022 at 3:24 PM ^
However, the origins of the saying "balls to the wall" is not nearly so noble.

JJ sounds like an NFL veteran giving that interview to Jenny!
October 1st, 2022 at 3:19 PM ^
That was cute.
October 1st, 2022 at 3:19 PM ^
When it mattered the pass rush came alive I’m really excited to see that.
October 1st, 2022 at 3:20 PM ^
All that bad stuff I was saying a little while ago....ya, I was just kidding
October 1st, 2022 at 3:20 PM ^
Huge win at Kinnick with a lot to love and a lot to improve on. Awesome experience for JJ!
October 1st, 2022 at 3:20 PM ^
The end game interviews were good. That's really all that matters, haha.

JJ to Jenny Taft: "Balls to the wall".
Nice.

Bert pounds Bucky, PU interception ends a Minnie drive and Minnie's undefeated season.

Illinois is no longer just a tune up before Ohio State.

Is Urban channeling the spirit of Hayden Fry with those ridiculous sunglasses? What a clown.
October 1st, 2022 at 3:28 PM ^
Holy shit some of you are miserable. The defense pitched a shutout thru 3 quarters . Perfection in today’s college football just doesn’t happen. Remember Rutgers game last season? How about Nebraska? The team went on the road dominated and got the W.
October 1st, 2022 at 3:41 PM ^
Yeah, there was some time where it felt like real bad juju. But ultimately that was 10 minutes of a 60 minute game. I'll take it.
October 1st, 2022 at 3:32 PM ^
If you have misgivings about this game, just sit back and think “at least I’m not a sooner fan today”
October 1st, 2022 at 3:37 PM ^
Or Wisconsin.
October 1st, 2022 at 3:32 PM ^
This a both informative and beautiful. Thank you for doing this!

Locksley what the fuck. Harbaugh is that you?
