Noon game thread
Starting since one isn't up yet.
First play from scrimmage in the Wake vs UNC game: ball carrier has ball ripped out as going down - almost identical to last week's strip sack controversy. Ruled fumble on field and replay official determines ball was out before shin made contact. Fun.
November 6th, 2021 at 1:39 PM ^
I’m surprised Oregon missed him.
November 6th, 2021 at 1:38 PM ^
UM gets the balls here where OSU got it - they would turtle. OSU attacks. Difference between us and them.
November 6th, 2021 at 1:41 PM ^
Except that we went for last-second scores at the end of the half against Rutgers, Nebraska and MSU.
November 6th, 2021 at 1:43 PM ^
Dude lol R J you're dumb.
November 6th, 2021 at 1:39 PM ^
Olave is no Desmond Howard.
November 6th, 2021 at 1:55 PM ^
Shut your whore mouth!
November 6th, 2021 at 1:59 PM ^
Why? You disagree?
November 6th, 2021 at 3:03 PM ^
Ummm...
November 6th, 2021 at 1:41 PM ^
Hah! OSU lining up for a play after the half ended.
November 6th, 2021 at 1:42 PM ^
Good effort by Nebraska Defense there. Should be closer score. For second half, anything inside of OSU 40 might be 4 down territory for Huskers.
November 6th, 2021 at 1:43 PM ^
Is Wake Forest the best story in college football this year?
November 6th, 2021 at 1:59 PM ^
The best story in college football this year is the pet monkey of the Texas assistant's pole dancer girlfriend attacking a small child. Nothing else is even close.
November 6th, 2021 at 2:16 PM ^
I know, right. Who doesn’t love the idea of a little kid being seriously injured by a wild animal?
November 6th, 2021 at 1:44 PM ^
So where is Stroud's long accuracy that we rag on McNamara eh?
People can shut up. Stroud in the long line of OSU system QBs that would never amount to anything in NFL because they jsut dump pass to 5 star Njigba types.
November 6th, 2021 at 2:00 PM ^
Come on now.
MGoWisdom dictates that you must worship at the altar of the Urban Meyer/Ryan Day and OSU system quarterback machine.
You're not wrong at all. Give credit to OSU for recruiting high level receivers who make their decidedly okay to slightly above average QB's look like world beaters (until they play equal talent from some place like Alabama).
November 6th, 2021 at 2:03 PM ^
Right. What you're saying is correct, except recruiting at OSU vs Michigan are two different things. People thinking Harbaugh is stupid are themselves idiotic. Recruiting to Michigan is 2x harder if not more.
That being said, F OSU and their cheap school and Gene smith etc
November 6th, 2021 at 1:45 PM ^
I want Neb to win this Scott Frost withstanding. OSU needs to go down.
November 6th, 2021 at 1:48 PM ^
That would mean msu wins the East if they go 3-1 down the stretch
November 6th, 2021 at 1:49 PM ^
I have faith in Purdue.
November 6th, 2021 at 1:58 PM ^
Purdue will lead the whole game and then MSU will win on some bullshit
Plan to live-bet MSU ML when they're down 10-0
November 6th, 2021 at 2:01 PM ^
So do I, to lose in the last 2 minutes on some lucky BS, just like all the rest of MSU's opponents this season
November 6th, 2021 at 1:54 PM ^
That could also mean we beat Ohio State! I'll take it.
November 6th, 2021 at 2:58 PM ^
That would mean msu wins the East if they go 3-1 down the stretch.
Not true, if OSU loses today and the wins out (which includes OSU beating MSU) the OSU wins the East. OSU and MSU would be tied but OSU wins via head to head victory tiebreaker.
November 6th, 2021 at 1:49 PM ^
MSU will beat OSU and will win out. This is another bullshit lucky season for them. MSU will win the conference and make the playoffs. They will beat OSU on some lucky shit just like 2015 and Michigan fans will be convinced this is finally the year because OSU looked like dogshit against MSU. Then the next week OSU will hang 60 on Michigan and look like a completely different team. You can Raback it.
November 6th, 2021 at 1:52 PM ^
MSU will lose to OSU and Purdue and then will win out. This is another typical season for them. MSU will lose the conference and miss the playoffs. They will lose to OSU on some lucky shit for revenge of 2015 and Michigan fans will be convinced this is finally the year because OSU looked like dogshit against MSU. Then the next week OSU will hang 60 on Michigan and look like a completely different team. You can Raback it.
Cheer up and think 50% positive!!!
November 6th, 2021 at 2:02 PM ^
I almost upvoted him just for the Raback though.
Been a minute.
November 6th, 2021 at 2:13 PM ^
Yeah, that’s not happening. For one, staee won’t get every single call that game. And osu will have like 600 yards passing.
November 6th, 2021 at 1:55 PM ^
Bielema participating in No-Bathe November
November 6th, 2021 at 1:55 PM ^
Beilama must be pushing 450 lbs theses days.
illlinois still up 14-0
November 6th, 2021 at 1:56 PM ^
"it didn't die"
November 6th, 2021 at 2:04 PM ^
Scut "Farkus" Frost has such a punchable face. It's so easy to root against him.
November 6th, 2021 at 2:07 PM ^
Maybe one of the softest roughing the passer calls ever against Illinois
Gay got held the entire play and barely touched the QB
looking for a way to help minny it looks like in the game.
November 6th, 2021 at 2:11 PM ^
Mommy does need the help. You should call her.
November 6th, 2021 at 2:11 PM ^
Can hardly believe my eyes. A holding call on OSU on 3rd down. This is the B10 officiating crew of the year !
November 6th, 2021 at 2:39 PM ^
They get an allotment of one of those per season, too bad it was used vs Nebraska
November 6th, 2021 at 2:16 PM ^
Nebraska might actually be hitting OSU harder. That is their goal.
November 6th, 2021 at 2:20 PM ^
Michigan State is really going to win the B1G East aren’t they?
November 6th, 2021 at 2:23 PM ^
Refs are so incompetent and always seems to go to OSU
November 6th, 2021 at 2:31 PM ^
Guess refs are calling a bunch on OSU now
November 6th, 2021 at 2:24 PM ^
Ok, with humility, I retract my comment about this being Big 10 officiating crew of the year for holding call. Still above average, but that interference with punt catch seemed weak to me.
November 6th, 2021 at 2:24 PM ^
Always fun to watch a program having fun playing hard and being well coached. Bielema doing a nice job at Illinois. Oh, I forgot improving too.
November 6th, 2021 at 2:27 PM ^
Fucking refs man
November 6th, 2021 at 2:29 PM ^
Admire the Husker fans still booing the punt interference after a subsequent penalty. "Invested".
November 6th, 2021 at 2:31 PM ^
Double post.
November 6th, 2021 at 2:32 PM ^
OSU already has more holding calls this game than have the last 10 years against Michigan
November 6th, 2021 at 2:33 PM ^
Wow, that's more holding calls on OSU that series than in most B10 Seasons !
November 6th, 2021 at 2:33 PM ^
I’ve never seen that many holds
November 6th, 2021 at 2:33 PM ^
Ohio State is so damn beatable this year. It literally HAS to be the year Harbaugh gets it done, right?
