I am honestly shocked MSU has won 4 games this year while they are simultaneously putting on their 3-ring circus.  Great job multi-tasking by them.

rumor is (and emphasizing 'rumor' because we're talking about real people) that he went totally off and beat the stuffing out of a friend of his - bad, at a hotel in socal a couple of days before the rose bowl.  and it was attributed to 'roid rage'.

 again, rumor.

Hahahahahaha

Also: not surprising.

Also also, less popular take: he didn’t get caught because he uses. He got caught because he made a mistake. PEDs are almost certainly widespread throughout top-level football. Most guys just don’t get caught.

My personal trainer's daughter works at Ole Miss as the football team's nutritionist.  (keep the Ole Miss jokes aside)  We talk college football often and got on this subject.  What he says is that if you combine 2 legal substances they can combine to make you fail a test such as this. That taking one or the other is fine but if you combine them this is the result.  Now, I'm not saying that is the case here.  My point is more, these teams push the limits and if their nutritionist isn't good or on top of things, this is often the result. Said that was the case at Clemson recently.

i'm no chemist and my knowledge of juice is somewhat dated, but my b.s. meter moved off of zero when i read this claim about 2 legal substances = 1 illegal.

that's like saying 'we can have meth, and we can have amphetamine, but we can't have methamphetamine'.

I'm not sure that it's a mistake, but rather extreme abuse. I agree that a lot of guys (gasp, even at Michigan) cycle here and there. Players did at my HS. You'd have to be juiced to the gills or SUUUUUUUUPER unlucky to get caught under NCAA testing.

I used to work with a guy who was a three year starter for one of the service academies and he said everyone at every program is taking PEDs.  Hell I remember talking to a guy who was DE for WMU and he said they took PEDs and doped up before a game and at halftime.

Michigan players are just as guilty.

You are 100% correct, which is why this is more laugh at Sparty for getting caught than breaking the rules. I know on very good word that one of our best players from last year took PEDs and of at least one on the team now is taking them. I don’t blame anyone for doing it, so much pressure to perform and so much wear and tear on the body that it should almost be encouraged for recovery in some instances. Such a violent game.

Specifically a pattern at MSU with a few Bulloughs, Reschke, Willekes, Panisiuks, and Bachie. A lot of unheralded but "tough" defensive players who come out of nowhere to contribute/start/star despite limited athleticism.

Different from kids with great genes like Hutchinson, Glasgow (not that he's going to run a 4.5), Runyan, etc.

"Conservatives" (your username, not coming out of nowhere with this) claim "snowflake" at others often enough but what would this, you offended that the white kid got called out in a facetious way, be considered!?  Us white men need to shut up and understand we've nothing to complain about.

Why is it liberals always telling people how they should think and feel maybe just let people make up there own minds as long as no laws are broken and no ones hurt.

Bruh realize stuff on your own your no better than any one else and should knock off telling other “white men” how to think.
