I suspect some of us will need score updates while watching Georgia Alabama football?

So sick of the same thing every game.  Giving up terrible offensive rebounds and what seems like ~10 turnovers a half.  If we get out of our own way this is a really solid club.

Love how Burnett's shot looks

This team lacks good coaching. They are undisciplined and have no identity. They have athletic players with talent who seem confused and hamstrung against every opponent that isn't physically inferior. Obligatory "I miss Beilein"

I will instead be watching the Michigan game live and recording the Bama game so I can avoid commercials. Of all weekends that my wife and I need to be quarantining, this is an ideal one! :)

Just an observation and I may be totally wrong, but since Juwan came back it seems the offense is posting up with Tarris more than they did the first few games. Seems to bog down the flow a ton. The free flowing, shoot in rhythm offense of the first few games seems gone. Maybe its opponent, maybe its film on the new guys, but everything feels clunky on both ends of the floor the last 5 games

They seem to be playing slightly better defense. Their 3 point shot sucks, which is further proof that those first couple games were just hot shooting and this what they really are shooting wise.

Turnovers are an issue, but they're still getting good looks and the zone isn't giving them that many issues. It's great to have Llewellyn back so Dug can get breathers. Hopefully as he gets back into the groove he can take more of those minutes and initiate the offense more.

Overall, they look like a mediocre team playing another mediocre team.

Michigan on fire from 3 to start the second half, but a lack of defense is keeping them from pulling away.  Michigan 50, Oregon 47 at the under-16, Michigan ball.

The defense is atrocious. It's been an issue multiple years in a row now, so I have to think it's just a Howard thing. The same way how Iowa can't play a lick of defense.

Michigan goes cold and gives up a run to Oregon on the other end.  Oregon now 7/8 from 3, including 3/3 in the second half.  Michigan calls timeout with Oregon up 55-52, 12:38 remaining.

Every time I turn it to this game for a few moments all I see is terrible defense and a lack of fundamentals. Something that is becoming a trend now under Howard. Need to start having a discussion about his future if this continues all season. This team on paper does not have bad individual level defensive talent, zero excuse for how poor it is right now collectively.

Oregon surges to a 62-59 lead at the under-8.  Officiating starting to look very strange — a couple of no-call maulings by Oregon, and a ticky-tack and-one against Tschetter the other way.

Stop the hard hedges, force the weak side defender to rotate early for help, go over the high ball screens and tag. Just watch the 2018 team defense, it's not rocket science!

Our D may be bad, but the O is completely effed, no flow, no nothing, dribble around and do something, Juwan used to run some nice sets, gone out the window

Final TV timeout, Oregon up 69-64 but Michigan going to the line to shoot 3.  Oregon’s hands-on defense has been derailing Michigan’s offensive sets, and Oregon’s gotten just enough on the other end to stay ahead.  Still anybody’s game, but time is running out — just less than 4 minutes left in regulation.
