"Otherwise, Hocking Hills is a very nice hiking camping area just SE of Columbus."

Hocking Hills and Cedar Point should be annexed to Michigan. Maybe we could give them Toledo a second time or something?

The rest of the state seems to have little to offer. I guess there's a nice airplane museum around Dayton, but that could just be moved to Greenfield Village, couldn't it? Like Menlo Park was. Maybe as an annex...

Just trying to salvage.

Edit:  Oops! Missed the discussion just below. Apologies. I am however, against bringing back the Toledo Strip. Having been born and raised just north of the border, I can attest Toledo has little to offer besides America's best street prices on fentanyl.  The art museum and zoo are nice, I guess.

" Waller is rated an 88 by 247Sports and ranked a Top 25 recruit in Ohio. That is a solid amount higher than his 247Sports Composite score (generated along with ratings across the recruiting industry) which is a .8537 and has him the No. 37 senior in Ohio."

Allen Trieu says:

Very long, tall and has lined up in different places defensively. Best projection right now is as a safety but could get opportunities to play cornerback or grow into a hybrid backer. Will come down hill and likes contact. Shows short-area twitch and change of direction at his size. Pure long speed is a bit of an unknown. Also played receiver and shows solid ball skills. On the raw side but has worked on his technique and is developing. Has a higher ceiling and versatility.

So a transfer from … high school?  What a quaint idea.

Seriously, Waller brings an elite combination of size and athleticism. 6’3” with speed and jumping ability. Returning kicks, catching passes or dunking with authority - his explosiveness and ball skills are fantastic. I also applaud the staff for plucking these high upside athletes from Ohio while OSU focuses on star ratings.

Love that we're recruiting Ohio.  This kid has alot of upside. I trust Harbaugh and staff to develop these kids and turn them into high level productive players.

Crystal ball activity tonight. Steve Lorenz put 2 picks in for UM. one for '24 4* OT Ben Roebuck who visited this weekend. The other for '23 LB and Nebraska commit 3* Hayden Moore. After that a Nebraska insider also put in a pick for Moore to flip to UM as well. So get the Hello post ready it seems.
