There were comments that Day / the Buckeyes can take Ohio players for granted, with an assumption that even if they receive a Buckeye offer at the 11th hour, they’ll drop other interests and commit to the Buckeyes.

It would seem that tide is turning.. 

And, I trust this staff to find the athletes with potential to continue the team’s success.

Tot, recruiting seems to change “almost by the day”.  For over a decade, it was trying to compete against Bama, USC, and another half dozen schools - including that school in Columbus.  Then, the portal appeared - and, I guess - technically - transferring without having to “sit” for a season if the all powerful NCAA granted an exception, just before the portal became official.  NIL arrived a bit after that.

Now, it’s dealing with certain coaches - offensively, Lincoln Riley is up there - and, Deion is certainly making his presence in Boulder known.
