How crazy is it that we are living in a time where Rutger(s) is looking like the clear #2 team in the conference?!?

Count me among those who hasn't wavered in his support of Coach Howard.  The team is very young...but you can see the ongoing improvement among the young 'uns.  

Dug-Kobe-Jett are dangerous alongside Hunter.  Love the way Tarris is progressing, too! 

This feels like a dangerous team come March...as long as they can squeeze their way in to the tournament.  Gotta go at least 12-8/13-7 in the conference.  

Not sure we have any momentum, we've lost 2 of the last 3.

Games at Maryland have been a must watch as Hunter busts out his Superman mojo each time we play them....

Here's hoping that he and the kids can pull out a nice road win. 12-8 minimum, better yet 13-7 will be needed to get into the tourney.  Win 9 or 10 of your home games and find a way to pick up 4 road wins....

Got 1 road win already (@ Minny), need 3 more at least.

This has nothing to do with the game but I figured this thread should be somewhat active. Is anyone else getting a prompt every time they access this site or load a new page on here asking if you want to allow the site to use 1.1 GB of storage on your phone?

Bad start on offense. Need to attack the zone smartly. That rim sounds clangy. 

Empty house. Leaving the acc has really hurt Maryland's bball program

Well, we couldn't hold them scoreless for 7 minutes this time out.

We have to show we can beat the zone to be able to get the ball easily to Hunter. There are still ways, but they'll pack in on him until we show a threat. 

I love how much Hunter hates Maryland, it's hilarious.

Hunter's a really good passer.

Now, some defense.

Playing some transition defense would be nice.

I turned it on after a long day at work and within two minutes shut it off. Not in the mood to see whatever that was in the two minutes I watched.

Horrible fucking call.  Good defensive rotations.  Fuck officials.  Ruin the goddamn game.

At any given time,a few guys are doing nothing on offense and defense. Terrance Williams is frequently one of them

You’ve got three slow as dirt guys who don’t hustle much trying to play transition defense. Seems like Maryland will keep pushing as long as Hunter & Twill are on the floor. 

Nice to see the staff had the boys locked into the scouting report and ready to play. 

Very flat start. Would of liked to see Juwan go to energy guys early like Reed and Tschetter.  Sit Williams.

That is three possessions on offense just hijacked by a single player taking a poor shot. Making it way too easy for Maryland. Also, why are we crashing the boards so aggressively on offense? We suck in transition defense, so how about not handing them multiple run outs against a defense that isn’t set.

This team is frustrating for sure. It's early but they don't look locked in on either end right now.
