Some of this is on that fucker Jim Delaney. Just glad that Michigan beat MSU at the Breslin. Definitely thought this would be just like that damn Iowa game in football in 2016. Regroup and beat Rutgers and don’t let this turn into a losing streak. The luck against Nebraska was going to run out eventually. Sucks it had to be tonight.

Lmao you guys think Teske is the answer to this??? They’re playing 5 out most of the time, this is an awful matchup for him. He’s not the kind of rim protector that comes out of nowhere to block shots. And if you think the offense is bad with Mo, it will get worse with Teske

Just looked at the box score...

Moe with ZERO points on ONE damn shot????

Another first half where we shoot around 30%, while the opponent shoots around 60%.  We were fortunate during the last game - we were home and Maryland had NO bench to speak of and ran out of steam.

Moe doesn't know what to do with a smaller, athletic defender on him. He's trying to post, but isn't athletic enough to catch the post feed lobs while shielding off the defender. If he can't figure it out, you're better off with Teske just camping out in the middle. Moe can't take the quicker defender off the dribble, and he can't establish himself in the post. It's clogging up the entire offense.

Need serious 2nd half adjustments. Offensively N is a tough matchup. They go small, so doesn't help Mo or ball screen. When they switch ball screen, Mo needs to go post his guy up. Until you make them pay, will be tough sledding all night.

Agree we look tired.  Nebraska had high energy.  Think Nebraska will cool off in the second half, but Michigan has to wake up if they want to mine some more road conference win gold tonight.

I think I'm taking this probable loss a lot better than most of you.  I do think there is something to these guys being a bit out of sorts due to the volume of games.  Get this one out of the way and bounce back for a should-be-win Sunday.  Now who knows, maybe they rebound in the 2nd half and Nebraska regresses and we eek something out...but to be honest I'm not really going to care too much this evening.  We're fine.  We're forming into a good team.  Good teams have bad nights.

Nebraska seems determined to exploit the hard hedge on those high ball screens. So many open baskets from busted d. We seemed to start adjusting and not hedging later in half though
