Couldn’t be more appropriate, since I just woke up in the middle of the night and wondered if there was an update on this situation.

Now that I’ve taken my 10th nightly pee and I’ve gotten good news about the team, it’s back to bed.

Nah. These shenanigans have been going on in the B1G for over a hundred years. Even back in 1903, Minnesota tried to poison our team. What did we do? We agreed to turn Yost’s water jug into a trophy (after taking a 6 year break from playing them) and have gone on to dominate the series. Winning fixes everything.

Focus on the PI firm is great; I have no doubt there's some juice there. But I hope whoever's handling that end of things bears in mind that the investigation may not have started with the hiring of the PI firm.

It's been three years since Chris Day quit his DEA job and hung out his shingle, and if he were making a living at it he wouldn't be working two other jobs. The "sure we hired somebody but it wasn't Day's firm" is, well, not entirely convincing. Or rather like everything else it says less than it seems to imply.

Bet.

Beat Pedo St, the Terps, and an ohio state

then leave Panini on stage by himself when we win the conference title.

Win the national title, then announce the Wolverine Network. Be independent but “join” the ACC in most sports a la ND (to hell with ND) and hockey joins CCHA like it should be as.

that is, after we sue the fuck out of the B1G and watch the NCAA look at Panini and say “bro I told you to wait.”

Basically, let’s win a title, then destroy the B1G on our way out the door. Fuck all of those pricks

AYY SEE SEE. Much better fit culturally, geographically, and academically.

People will piss and moan about the TV money but honestly, it’s chump change. Michigan both increases the value of the ACC, and decreases the value of the Big Ten. The ACC would also be likely to give Michigan an increased share of revenue, as has been discussed for schools like Clemson and FSU. Largely offsetting the TV money difference.

It’s important to consider the importance UofM places on academics and prestige. Leaving the Big Ten means leaving the Big Ten Academic Alliance and BILLIONS in shared research money. The ~$20 million per year in TV money is a drop in the bucket. Michigan will find more academic focused schools in the ACC and can form a similar, if not bigger, academic alliance.

also just saw an article that laid out Michigans defense and by golly I will have lost faith in America as a country of the free, as well as our justice system, if Harbaugh isn’t on the sidelines tomorrow.

also I’m not a lawyer so take my drunk opinion with a grain of salt

Technically the NCAA said there are no known ties. Which, it isn’t against NCAA rules for OSU to hire a PI firm to dig into another school. So the NCAA hasn’t wasted any resources looking into it, they just haven’t seen anything pointing to OSU while looking into Michigan.

The NCAA probably just shouldn’t have said anything at all, but they didn’t firmly deny OSU’s involvement. It just doesn’t matter to the NCAA who or how the information comes to them.

Bet.    I don't think it matters if JH is on the sidelines.   This kinda sealed the deal for Michigan this year.   We will win it all!     There is no better motivation than the outside world telling you you can't.    I think we will see a different team in the morning.    Its on!    Michigan vs the WORLD!
