Mack Brown, Mark Stoops, are the only names that really seem exciting to me, and by exciting I mean I would be generally optimistic.  I would definitley rather have a Jim Harbaugh who has decided to stick with michigan and decides he doesnt want to make the transition to the NFL.

How do people feel about PJ Fleck.  I am still impressed with him and what he has done at Minnesota.  I think with Michigan talent he could be very good.  thoughts?

How though?  We've really only seen Fleck with middling 3* star talent with the occasional guys that outperform their ceilings.  He seems to have done a good of job at Minnesota as anyone in the past few decades.  He gave WMU one hell of a cinderella season and while you could call it a one-off it was pretty damn cool.

I think it would be interesting to see what he could do at a program of higher level.  Is he right for Michigan?  Possibly not... but I'd still like to see what he could do at a program of similar talent

Not advocating for Dabo, but who really has won without great QB talent, though?  Saban has had a long long line of very good to great QBs. Joe Burrow was lights out.  OSU's runs have been full of strong college QBs.  You could make the case Stetson Bennett isn't transformational, and he's likely not a starter NFL QB level talent, but he's been a very good college QB. And it's been the one thing that we've all said has held JH back, not getting the level of performance at QB position in his first five years or so.
