I actually kinda like that... It's the same as saying "we're running the ball, get in my way and I'll kill you."

If they can't play I am prepared for sadness. I bought a bottle of Buffalo Trace bourbon because if your going to be miserable, you might as well have a decent bottle of bourbon to keep you company.
Malzone will be the backup. We aren't burning McCaffrey's redshirt.

Is that stuff any good? I'm a bourbon noob...been trying scotch lately too. It all seems tastes pretty terrible so far, but I'm open to suggestions.

I like it. It is a nice bottle of bourbon for me without being insanely expensive. I'm not a snob but my father-in law is in Louisville so we do some bourbon drinking when we visit. It gets overwhelming down there with all the selections. Bourbon down there is kind of like beer in the Grand Rapids area.

If you like your whisky a little less sweet and with some smoke, I recommend jumping right into Scotch. I love the history of the distilleries and the unique flavor profiles of the different regions of Scotland.
Im a Highlands and Islands guy myself. Dalmore, Glenmorangie, Talisker, anything from Islay really.

Lagavulin 16. Best bottle you can buy imo. Well worth it.

but it's a bit pricey; in A2, you'll have to pay over $100. Talisker is a good and slightly cheaper alternative—it's smoky like Laga but not quite as peaty, and has a spicy, peppery finish to it. I think Talisker 10 is about $80.

When I'm sadness drinking I'm not going to spend more than 35-40 bucks a bottle. If we win I'm running somewhere (acutally probably will have to send the wife) to get one of the nice bottles mentioned above.

"You want a beer?"
"It's six o'clock in the morning!"
"Scotch?"

Is that photoshopped? LOL, that's funny! I'll have to show that to my grandson's basketball team when they're down and out.
