Get your bum ass out of bed, it isn't about USC or OSU today!

While Utah looked a lot like us (read that as formidable), today is about derailing Purdue's Choo-Choo train.  Lots of things to do before the game. What's your Championship Gameday ritual.  For myself, I'm continuing what seems like an never ending drive across Texas.  You know it's a long way when the first milage sign you see on I-10 outside of Beaumont read 880.  I'll be thinking about the boys in all-blue and scoffing at the notion that this Purdue team has magical powers, despite the gas bags on Fox hardee-har-har'ing about how their the 'spoilermakers'.  Not Today!

We wanna win, but not totally dominate and destroy Purdue because if Georgia barely beats LSU then there is a small chance they put us at number one and then we’ve got a play OSU again. If I have to play that bum school again, I’d rather do it in the championship game.

Fucks UM? How? The only team I see that may take down UM is Georgia. OSU should be shitting it's bed to be embarrassed again by UM. They may or may not have BC. We already beat their ass without him in a hostile environment and without Morris. DE will be healed or close to it. More weeks of practice for Stokes to get better. The only person they might have to get better is JSN. Our OL will find a way to create holes. I am not worried about OSU.

They claim that they don’t though. The trick is that it’s really hard to come up with a justification for not having Michigan 1 and OSU 4 if Michigan and TCU win and Georgia loses. Can’t keep Georgia ahead of Michigan, but you can’t really drop them or an undefeated TCU behind OSU.

Unless they hate rematches so much they just use that as an excuse to keep USC in it.

Absolutely. Michigan fans need to take on the attitude of the team. Bring on anyone! Who cares if OSU gets in the playoff

Losing to OSU in the playoffs would be the ultimate Super Saiyan final form dong punch of the millennium. My future children's children would cry out in infinite pain and I will fall into an eternal BPONE hellscape where even 12-0 seasons end with an OSU loss.

you laugh, but our heater went out wednesday a.m. so we heated our little house with wood in our wood stove.  it works pretty well, especially if you use a couple of fans to move the warm air down the hallway.   i got a new heat unit yesterday and a buddy of mine installed it so we are good to go.

Bet you're glad the Mastodon rut is over. Trying times those.

On the wood stove side I am addicted to My Self Reliance with Shawn James on YouTube where he builds and lives a log cabin life. 3/4's of me is all for it. The rest is pure city slicker.

Your mentions of farm activities give me that vibe so I tease. My whole heritage are farmers from the Thumb. Belgian draft horses for plowing until my Grandpa and his brother had enough and moved to the city D to work. Next to and much like the Amish who are still the old neighbors.

you are funny (not being sarcastic).   well, we do have a bit of self-reliance for real on the farm.  food, crops, water, i built a bio-diesel reactor in the barn so i can make diesel fuel, and of course we have firewood for eternity.  i didn't build this particular house though, but we bought it from the builder who lived here and then moved out east after a year.  not fancy or big, but well thought out and suits our needs just fine.

and the amish, well, have done business with them for years as they aren't too far down the road.  fond of them and their quirks.  they do have the most magnificent draft horses.

I thought about bio-diesel and making it (upon retirement and buying some land) as well as a practicality and hobby but current environment not friendly to that direction. Always wanted a stream on land for a micro-turbine and whatever lighting propulsion I could rig up from there. Lot of work but less...reliance. Like heating by firewood.

I have a lucky Michigan T-shirt that I started wearing last season...we are 24-0 when wearing it, and 0-2 (MSU and Georgia losses while travelling) while not wearing it.

The shirt is ready to be worn.
