Evansville beat #1 Kentucky on their home court ending a 52-game home win streak against unranked opponents.  The announcers in the SEC network were dumbfounded. Me likey!

No, I don’t mock your pain.  I do recommend a lovely Kentucky beverage to deal it.

bourbon is a wonderful adult beverage.  I highly recommend it for what ails ya.

College basketball is a finicky bitch ain’t it?

Craziest part is Kentucky basketball alum Walter McCarty is Evansville’s head coach lol

And yet people will still freak out if we beat Elon 75-69 in our next game. It’s basketball! Does this mean Kentucky stinks? Or MSU is bad? Off course not. In basketball any team can win any game if there’s a hot shooter on one team or the other team can’t make a bucket to save their lives. Fuck Kentucky and msu tho!

Hmm what's our streak against unranked teams at home? We've only lost two home games the last two years and both were to ranked Purdue and MSU teams. Seems like it might be pretty long now

Wow. I wasn't even paying attention to this game. Looking at the box score, seems like an ugly low-scoring contest. Interesting.

The ESS-EEE-SEE almost got a two-fer, as Auburn needed a buzzer beater (after two offensive rebounds) for a 70-69 win at South Alabama.

They tried to juice their NET ranking with a road victory over a Sun Belt team and almost bit off more than they could chew...
