Jim Harbaugh made a great choice for OL coach.

Oh, I’m pretty convinced too, but it has nothing to do with this list.
September 11th, 2018 at 7:03 PM ^
Me too, not because of the list. The ones that are like “Oh, nice list...he’s great now just piss me off”

Perfect list! I wasnt ecstatic about his ability to assemble and mold a dominant line, but this list tipped the scales for me. After reading this list, I can confidently say that he was a great hire and will continue to be a great offensive line coach for years to come.

Except every coach in the country didn't coach a line that led the BIG 10 in rushing 7 times, dominated Alabama so badly its RB got 230 yds on them, and made Marcus Mariota cry on the sidelines in the National Championship game.

I think this is the first time I have upvoted any of your accounts. Unless you are WD. I have upvoted that guy.

This is great, and may all under his coaching take it to heart.
Been a rough day, so here's my reaction to this list:
1. You don't need a pat on the back or a thank you for a job well done-
But crisp hundred dollar bills will do.
2. Your role is a single piece of a much bigger unit-
I wish my unit was much bigger to get a piece
3. Mistakes are inevitable, it's how you respond to them in the moments that follow that truly matter-
That wasn't my fault, it was Melvin the intern's fault!
4. You learn to love and embrace the work that others don't necessarily enjoy-
Thanks to lunch breaks with Jack Daniel's and Mr. Brownstone
5. You learn to adjust quickly, an immediately apply feedback to the current situation-
Survey the disaster in front of you, look to everyone else and say "Good luck with this" and walk away.
6. Internally, you take a tremendous amount of pride in what you do-
Especially when it's your Mom
I feel better already. Thanks Warinner!

Haha, well done. Survey the disaster in front of you and say good luck. Love it, going to drop that bomb on folks at work tomorrow!

6. Internally, you take a tremendous amount of pride in what you do-
Especially when it's your Mom
I really can't get past you taking a tremendous amount of pride in doing your mom. That's just not right.

Yeah dude, incest is best ......left off this list.
September 11th, 2018 at 6:59 PM ^
I like that, I really do.
It makes me even more confident that the right guy might be in charge of that unit.
Yeah, they are platitudes like the "teamwork" poster in every other office, but it's more that we've seen recently from others in charge of that same unit.
September 11th, 2018 at 7:14 PM ^
You Vike that?
September 11th, 2018 at 7:15 PM ^
Agree, didn’t see Drevno’s list of “platitudes” anywhere...
September 11th, 2018 at 7:53 PM ^
He was working on it but then decided to write an apology letter instead.

Seems like Warriner would have heard and/or known something about Zach Smith if it really was as well known among the staff as people here like to claim.
I think he's safe though. Looks like a case of selective outrage towards Meyer because he's Urban meyer.
September 11th, 2018 at 7:11 PM ^
You are so damn pathetic.
September 11th, 2018 at 7:16 PM ^
Mods need to prioritize, ban hammers please...
September 11th, 2018 at 7:59 PM ^
Or maybe it has something to do with the fact that Meyer was Smith's boss?
September 11th, 2018 at 8:39 PM ^
Dude, why don't you clean the fucking milk up, than maybe your posts might not be so rotten.
September 11th, 2018 at 7:09 PM ^
This could all apply to my vocation, teaching middle school.
September 11th, 2018 at 7:17 PM ^
Then use it
September 11th, 2018 at 7:20 PM ^
Mean. But also funny.
September 11th, 2018 at 7:39 PM ^
Lots of positive stuff about Warinner. Drevno always had a lot of explanations about why he should be good. Funk stunk. Hopefully the tackles develop well this year and the honeymoon doesn't end.
September 11th, 2018 at 7:42 PM ^
Good Stuff.
September 11th, 2018 at 8:15 PM ^
Shorter Warinner:
Shut the fuck up, do your job, correct your mistakes, and stop complaining.
All of which I heartily endorse both for OL and for life in general.

Crawl out of the basement and find a hobby!
September 11th, 2018 at 8:30 PM ^
If course the unwritten #7, pancake them fools!
September 11th, 2018 at 9:32 PM ^
Dang. I’d make a terrible offensive lineman.
September 11th, 2018 at 9:52 PM ^
Good choice in coach, Horrible choice of font... Agency FB... Barf.
September 11th, 2018 at 11:47 PM ^
Hate to say it but this is a pretty lame list.
September 12th, 2018 at 12:02 AM ^
SkyPanther and MichiganFan1984 would make two-fifths of a very cohesive offensive line.
Now, if only we could find three other suitable users....

Words. They mean nothing. Teach them to block, not motivational quotes.
